Ok, time to put Vlad2Vlad on ignore list for good.

I have no problem with someone trolling, and am ready to hear other opinions about LTC in this thread, but when trolling is completely offtopic and promotes some other alt-coin, especially the one nobody heard about, this is already too much. This thread is for litecoin and bitcoin only.

This is a dead Litecoin thread.  Lol, that means talking about a coin which may or may not replace it is on topic.

Another Tiny mind.

Please, put me on ignore troll pumper.

litecoin dead ?

I see Litecoin as silver.  Gold being bitcoin.  And naturally it'll carry a tenth, if not less, the value of a bitcoin.  But in bulk there's lots to look forward to.

No one on this forum knows where to buy LTC in vast quantities because I asked and no one had an answer. Smiley

Furthermore:

Quote
Alpha Technology Announces ASIC Miners for Litecoin are Coming Soon

Manchester, UK-based Alpha Technology has announced it will start developing the first purpose-built ASIC mining hardware for litecoin, signing a partnership deal with Indian designer and manufacturer Dexcel Designs.

The company announced it would begin taking pre-orders for affordable and efficient litecoin ASICs in December, for shipping in early 2014.

Alpha Technology is providing its mining and cryptocurrency expertise while Dexcel Designs will handle hardware development, production, and quality assurance.

It would represent a significant increase in computing power backing the litecoin network. At present, most mining of the world’s second most popular cryptocurrency still takes place on regular graphics cards/GPUs (as did bitcoin previously).

Alpha Technology has been working with Bangalore-based Dexcel Designs for about six months, beginning with it FPGA (field-programmable gate array) conceptualization of litecoin’s primary Scrypt hashing algorithm before designing dedicated ASIC hardware.

No. The best opportunity to get it cheap will be in a month when it drops below 1$... unless u can wait for 2 more months and buy it 10 times cheaper.

Please let us know when it will drop below $1, oh wise one! I would like to buy more!

They usually are. Happens sometimes in cryptsy too.
This is why bitstamp is better. If you start listening to random traders in the chatbox, you're going to have a bad time.

mcxNOW will probably mean the death of a few altcoins (if you can't trade them with BTC, you can be sure there will be zero interest), as some of them had almost no existence outside.
Litecoin wasn't big there.

Off topic but I have to confess that every time I read one of your posts I think "hey, this guy must know shit, he is Art Vandelay, he is an architect"  Grin
