Hamuki I am not sure if you know about the new codebase that is being prepared for Goldcoin.  It is written from scratch with new features to crypto.  Soon Goldcoin will no longer be a fork of BTC or LTC.  Goldcoin is my top pick for a long term investment into an altcoin because of the huge potential it has.  Goldcoin has proven that it is here for the long run with strong dev support still after a year and a half.  I wonder how many of these new coins being made daily will still have dev support after a year or two

Thats one of the huge positives with goldcoin., many coins from its generation went pos/pow for security however for goldcoin there was a new 51% attack security measure invented, thats something really in goldcoins favor.

On its own merits it should do great without any panic changes just to get noticed for some short term pump and dump, like many other alts do.

I'm not sure of the full details of the new client but from what I've heard it could be as innovative and original as they get, with implementation of some long sort after features, guess why its taking so long big big task.

I still hold and will continue to do so until MicroGuy gets off his lazy ass and makes his move!

Ahh, headless!! That was him! Thank you! I could not for the life of me remember that pump/dump goofball's name. That was pretty fun. Hold a ton of free (pretty much all that I have) GLD thanks to that headless fellow.

To be fair, Goldcoin is one of those coins which has a professional aspect about it from the community to the DEV team, the actual coin on a whole is a worthy investment.

Yeh, this is what i said, this could be an outside investor buying at what is available on the market to get hold of Goldcoins, when more investors turn up the price will rise even higher and even quicker!

My message to them is : Come on guys have faith in Goldcoin and give it time to grow.

I think that they are just waiting for it to go to the 3k and then they sell off what they can, and then wait till it gets back up there.

Its the kind of people who just do it for the money only.. They dont think about the community.

Yeh and the community including myself should set a solid buy wall at 3000 to keep the price at its new level and eat out the weak hands who are dumping, people are going to dump and take a profit its understandable but we need to snap up the coins which are dumped. We should be looking at eating that sell wall at 3000.

Its simply like anything on any market, the market has a set value for it, any pump or dump and soon enough it'll return to what price the market values it at.

All I see now is someone or a few trying to increase its market price, at the point they stop it falls back to what the market values it at.

As a fulltime real world market trader, trading 101 a stock can't really increase in longterm value without a fundamental change in which the market re values it.

No one is selling off large amounts of coins (thats easy to track).

(note that something like the new client and if its half of whats stated it can be would be something the market could seriously revalue it on ie that would be the time to pump ).

Quite surprised to see GLD in there via OneCred gateway.  Is this the same GLD mentioned in this thread?

Well ok, the first conference is now done and allot has been learned from it. Now its time to start focusing on phase 2 and that's getting people into the conferences.

Today, i will be making my preliminary booking at The Boardwalk Hotel & Casino for the 31 January 2015.

I will be making an open booking for the main conference center that can accommodate from 600 to 1600 people depending on arrangement and for the one that can accommodate 60 people (the same one i used for the last conference). As the time gets closer i will decide which one to go for depending on my support from the Goldcoin and crypto currency groups.

I plan on making this Big, i believe we have the possibility and opportunity here to change peoples lives, to give them financial freedom.

It was said about the last conference that i spoke at, I spoke with passion and belief in Goldcoin, well the reason for this is that i am 100% committed & 100% believe in Goldcoin.

My dream is to fill the big venue and im willing to do what it takes to see this dream fulfilled !!!

As such i am putting it out there now that i will pay for the conference venue out of my pocket (The last venue cost R11 100 excluding marketing), what i need from the community now is marketing support.

Large marketing will need to be done from at least 3 weeks before the event, this includes News Paper, Radio and Internet Marketing.
Marketing is not cheap as we all know, I have for instance The Herald's costing for a 200mm high x 149mm wide advert, which is R 11 920 for 1 advert., So marketing will take the support of everyone here at Goldcoin.

I am Dreaming Big, as to me there is no other way. We here all belong to Goldcoin and when we run a race we run for the Gold.

We have a message, lets go out there and change the world !!!!!!!
