I was thinking similiar thoughts myself today only to remember I spent the previous hour playing "angry birds" and then wondered why angry birds is worth a couple of billion only to conclude its because fools like myself spend an hour playing the crap while I pretend to be working.

At any rate, PoolMinor, do you by any chance own or operate an pool?  I'm trying to figure out who's got the hash on IXC cause it's not the Ukrainians or the Chinese.  Whoever it is needs to lower their shields so we can update the code.

This Microsoft news on ETC does not seem to have much impact on the price. It is very likely big players are trying to use this news to kill off ETC. ETH is now too big to fail with the ETH foundation in it. I don't believe that ETH foundation will do nothing to stop the rise of ETC.

If they really plan to split Bitcoin then they'll make sure both chains thrive and go up in value at least short term.  Otherwise they'll never get the necessary community suppprt they need to create 2 or maybe even 3 Bitcoin chains (Bitcoin original, Classic and Ultimate).

The OneCoin scam!

When OneCoin implodes mass regulations for all crypto will come swiftly which will kill most alts.

Bitcoin forking/splitting as we speak:

Roger Ver and his army of trolls are pulling it off.  They've got 14% of the hash power now and growing fast and to make things worse they're trying to stop segwit.  Even Gavin said Segwit was a brilliant innovation so these guys are totally off the reservation.  At this rate we may see Bitcoin split in two by the end of this month.

One more caveat which may be stretching it a bit but I couldn't help but notice it.

The Aramaic Thomas was famous for going out of The Roman Empire to preach.  And guess which country he is famous for going to?

INDIA.

Months ago I said my top pick for the first country to adopt or really push a crypto coin was India and I expected them to do it this year, or, at the latest - next year.

Given India is really cracking down on Bitcoin it would seem this is highly unlikely but I'm gonna stick to my prediction as there are many things going on behind the vail of secrecy which we can only theorize and infer and I believe various countries have their own agenda and so their actions may not always reflect their true intent.

That said, I expect India to fully and aggressively get behind a Crypto Coin so let's hope it will be iXcoin, but even bitcoin would be a massive boon to all cryptos.

And why would you outright advertise to these "criminal gangs" that you're hoarding Bitcoin to pay them?  Bahahaaa.

Banks and corporations (and I expect governments as well) have been buying up Bitcoin and soon it will be obvious so they need an excuse so the muppets don't start buying up Bitcoin themselves (yet).  Buy as much as you can now, before they start their unwordly pro Bitcoin/Crypto propaganda machine.
