Hello Can anyone help or advise I have been mining TEK coins for about 3 days now at http://mining.securepayment.cc/pools/tekcoin/ Was waiting for wallet to sync it has now but my balance is Zero I have found loads of confirmed blocks but nothing in my wallet Many thanks for any help It is Windows 10 Steve You need to rescan the block chain so your coins show up. Sorry but can you tell me how to do that If your machine is a windows machine you need to cd to the folder where the Tekcoin-qt.exe file is located. ie. cd C:\Program Files (x86)\TekCoin then type Tekcoin-qt.exe -rescan press enter the wallet will then open and rescan the blockchain. Sorry I dont understand I am a bit PC illiterate can someone break this down in steps for me. Sorry guys dont mean to be a pest but I want to mine TEK I have Windows 10 I will also pay Tek or other coins Many Thanks for any help |

OK - here is a simple method.
You can do a search for tekcoin-qt.exe to
determine where it is on your computer.
Then, go to that location and ...
Then, right click on the file and select
create shortcut. Move the shortcut to your desktop.
Then, Right Click on the short cut and select properties.
Go to the tab "shortcut". It will contain the Target of
showing where the folder is (such as...
C:\Users\Owner\Desktop\Wallet\Tekcoin\tekcoin-qt.exe)
which is what mine is. Now, just add -rescan to the end and click Apply & click OK
Mine looks like this - C:\Users\Owner\Desktop\Wallet\Tekcoin\tekcoin-qt.exe -rescan
Now you can use the shortcut to start the wallet if you like. If you do not want to
-rescan everytime you open the wallet, then just remove the -rescan from the
shortcut after you use it once.
