Any update from yobit for deposit or WD process??
It's hopeless. My ticket not even looked at I think yoshit is never going to fix their TEKcoin wallet, or respond to a support ticket even so yeah... And tekcoin will be better after halving ? What's your view?

On one of my machines, Kaspersky has been deleting clients for both TEKcoin and Hyperstake for the last couple of weeks. The machine was running Win10 using the defaults (I know, I know) so one obvious first step was to tighten that up, generally following these fairly standard guidelines: http://www.pcworld.com/article/2971725/windows/how-to-reclaim-your-privacy-in-windows-10-piece-by-piece.htmlAnother Win10 machine with better security had not been affected, btw. It ran both wallets cleanly. Those changes appeared to work for a week or so, but then Kaspersky deleted the TEKcoin client without warning or explanation on both machines. Today, on one of the machines, Kaspersky is finally identifying the reason for its action, but only for the Hyperstake client. It alleges that trojan.msil.coinstealer.hv is in the zip file. That's all I know so far, and I've been holding off posting because the facts are so skimpy. Be careful though, especially if you are using the Windows ZIP file for either coin wallet.

Yes, Kaspersky "total security". It's usually pretty good, but not infallible of course. When I first started using TEK (couple of years ago?), Kaspersky was flagging it. Nobody offered any explanations on the forums at the time, and the most common advice was "turn off your AV, it's a false positive". That may well have been true but no evidence was presented. Anyway, Noise23 eventually made a change to the code and the issue went away (yea!). This latest development is more specific (trojan.msil.coinstealer.hv), but might (or might not) be a false positive. I wish I had more details to offer, but that's all I know so far. Oh - did I mention Kaspersky would let it go for days on end before suddenly and aggressively shutting it down? I can think of a few possibilities to explain that: perhaps Kaspersky is just sloppy and notices behaviours at random times; perhaps the wallet client changes behaviour in some way that triggers an alert; perhaps Kaspersky changes its reaction to the wallet client as a result of one of its frequent database updates. That last one seems least likely, and yet - Kaspersky just started to identify the alleged trojan by name today. Murky stuff. I hope it's no big deal, these PoS coin wallets are fun. Maybe Noise23 will save the day again.

Submit files or report a false positive via this submission form: http://newvirus.kaspersky.com/, this gives you the option of reporting false positives, reporting new malicious files. Kaspersky Online Scanner Kaspersky Online Scanner checks files for known viruses. You can: Check your file online for free; Send your file to AntiVirus Lab; Get some tips for protecting your data. The Kaspersky online scanner reports that the TEKcoin zip file from Mega is safe: "This scan result means the file "Tekcoin.zip" is safe to use, store, and share." That is the file I had extracted my wallet from though. Both it and the unpacked qt wallet file from it had passed Kaspersky scans before I used them, so nothing seems to trigger rejection until the wallet has actually been running for a while. I'm still digging into stuff. I'll post if I find anything useful. The similar problem with Hyperstake may now be resolved btw - details may not apply to TEKcoin though - seems to be coincidence.

Good to see the Yobit warning on the Opening Page. I think this needs to be in several languages though. It's obvious that people who can't read English see the price on Yobit drop, panic, and then sell on Cryptopia at a higher price, further causing severe price drops. I've done several translations below using Google translate. Perhaps international readers could correct any errors in translation and then for the warnings to be added to the OP. Do NOT use YOBIT
they are not allowing withdraws or deposits and may be on a fork, they do not respond to customers I've seen 'fake' Tek sell walls being contructed on Cryptopia several times today. Could it be Yobit trying to get cheap real Tek to replace the invalid Tek on the Yobit worthless fork? Don't sell cheaply! Someone is trying to panic you into selling low. If Yobit are trying to replace their bad Tek with good Tek, as has been suggested, then the good Tek price should soon shoot back up to the level where it belongs. I'm amazed that Yobit's forked Tek is still being traded on Yobit and is roughly the same price as the good Tek on Cryptopia. Yobit has dragged the price of good Tek down to their level. Surely people know the difference? Does nobody read this thread?

Bittrex charges 3 BTC to add a coin. (Talking alone won't do anything , except when you talk to him , he tells you it 3 BTC.) Bleutrade charges 2 BTC to add a coin. Their Delisting Policy is more lenient than Bittrex. FYI: Personally Very Happy With Cryptopia. Would also recommend adding the LTC & Doge Markets to CoinMarketcap , as many start to favor the faster transactions and lower fees of LTC & Doge https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Exchange/?market=TEK_LTChttps://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Exchange/?market=TEK_DOGEFY2: Bittrex Hacking scandal has not been resolved yet. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1423584.0Hero & Legendary members have claimed stolen BTC, Bittrex has refused to call the Authorities in.

Man the price of tekcoin is depressing. I guess at this point it can only go up. If tekcoin people could just put together some sites or markets that can allow tekcoin to be used to trade for goods and services it would help build the value back into the coin. Certainly right now tekcoin is a good buy and when it goes up it will be spectacular.

The fees were too high last I went there. Bittrex I knew a little bit about but this scandal already makes me not want to do business with them. I submitted a coin request at Poloniex to add TEK. Poloniex has great volume and exchange system. You should all submit a request, you never know we might get added they delisted a lot of other deadcoins and our Dev is still active.
