felling depressed for holding bitcoin :/

Just extend your patience just hold till the price is growing again. You can make a lot of profit if you can hold any longer because bitcoin will big again soon or later. Just do something else so you dont have time to think about your btc that always work for me u might try it

Somehow i know the feeling, i also feel that in times that bitcoin is slowly declining. But still, i dont know why i still hold it. Eventhough no investments involved here, i still have this hard feeling in bitcoins decrease in value. Butz as i read comments in your thread, i just found a very inspiring idea. Yes, you not gonna lose some of biycoin if you dont sell it. As long as you hold it, and wait for the right time to sell it. I still have faith that bitcoin will reagin its value more than what value you bought it. A $12k value as you bought your bitcoin is no joke, but as bitcoin continue to go down, you just grab the opportunity when it reaches to 13k.

Not only you who experience it, I personally also experience it, I just have to hold it until the time can not be predicted. I just do not want to receive a loss on my investment. Hold on until the prices skyrocket again.

Bitcoin is for long term investment. If you sell your money right now, then you'll face a huge loss. I would suggest you to have patience wait for few times more because the the price of bitcoin will increase really soon. Though it's quite risky to hold it. But, most of the time taking risk brings you to great success!

technically there are two choices for this kind of problem, the first one is to hold until your loss is being recovered. and the second one is to save in fiat, sell your coin first and then when it shows sign that could go up, then it is time to buy the coin again. but, when you already suffer that much losses, i think you should play safe by holding the coin.

I myself is also holding bitcoin and the recent market events are truly not good but this happens regularly since bitcoin is very volatile and you can't do anything about it which if we look positively all we have to do is to hold and wait until its value recovers.

Yes you should keep it, remember that before buying some bitcoins or any other altcoins, you should be prepared for the downfall of it because of it's high volatility in price. If you don't believe in bitcoin after all that lost you experience you should sell it now and forget about it. Bitcoin is not a short term investment eventhough some time it hype much, the reverse effect of this came aside it. So the mere fact is hold it as much as you can because it is the only way you should do, nothing else.

Investing is risky that's why we often say dont invest what you cant afford to lose because it has no assurance. Like in your situation now, the value is falling hence you cant gain profit at this time and if you sell you will lose everything but if you choose to hold there's a possibility to gain profit, just have guts and dont be discourage by those who are spreading fud. 12k isn't that bad a price compared to people who had entered when the price was at 18k or above!
BTC should easily rise above this when the bullish market returns, which I speculate will be towards Christmas.

absolute yes, you must hold until bitcoin price rise again.
many bad news come here, so it will shake it price. but so sure, the price will increase little by little and back to the normal (i mean, there are abnormal on cryptocurrent)
btw, im depressed to too hold bitcoin and altcoin. their price is under attack now and i dont know when it will be back, just sure it will normal again

Relax, you will be far more depressed when it will reach 3500$. However, it might also reverse before that, perhaps after marking a double bottom at 6000$, so it is quite dangerous to sell now at a loss. In such cases I just hold.

I understand your feeling being depressed in that kind of situation, but remember if you sell that with Bitcoin's current price youll loose the money you spend to buy it, so if I were you hold it and wait for the right time to sell. Just be positive, stay calm and be patient.
