felling depressed for holding bitcoin :/

well  i had asked same question in the forum before  and  people   said  that we are close to an end of the dip   since we are close to 4 months in this situation  so  may be u should just wait for longer time    at least for it bounce to 10 k    u know that losing 2 k is better than losing 5 k $   what i mean is if u want to cut your lose  wait for a bounce back

Since you have kept it since it was $12000 and watched it drop down to $7000, my advice for you is that you should hold it for a long time. Wait till the end of this year. I guess it is your spare money that you invested so you should not worry much. Bitcoin is not a get rich quick business. If you wait, you will reap.

That is one of the risks that must be faced. Now, the decision is in your hands, if you choose to invest for the long term, then be patient much longer, so you do not lose too much. My advice never invests what you can not afford to lose.

you have not really lost your money if you have not sold it, just the value is down, I'm also holding some coin at this time, of course its value down because btc price is going down too. but I will not sell it until I make a profit. it's just a matter of patience.

It depends on your current need,if you are need money soon,i suggest you sell before the price keep falling down.If you don't have any urgent expenditure,you should hold it all the way,or better yet buy more.I'm sure the price will rise above $12k in a few months,so keep hold your bag for now and don't lose patience.

Investing in altcoins is good option too but not much satisfactory. There is reason behind this statement and that is only bitcoins can yield a better output after holding. If someone is willing to invest in any other altcoin then better is to day trade with it because only that can help you. Lotions are better in that one case only else holding isn’t for them as they never shown good results.

as I understood you don`t trade with other alts and the only choice you have is to wait for the prices to recover, many time btc fell sharply and was successful to recover again so just hodl and forget about everyday prices.

The reason why you felt frustrated is because you’re thinking way too advance mate. It’s not like you sold your bitcoin already. As long as it is still on your wallet then there is no reason to be bothered on what would be the price in the moment. Always be positive and be patient, one day you will be surprise with the outcome of investing in long term with bitcoin. Right now it is not yet the time to sell for the corrections are still going on. Just wait until it recover.

you should have sold it while it was still around 15000$ and going down. Selling it now is the same as burning your money for nothing, But if you trust bitcoin that it will rise again then just hold it tight and think positive. Wait for few more months, i think it's value is just starting to rise again.
