Freebitco already built a good traffic out of using bitcoin only as a curreny involved. They will not ever bother to consider adding other currency since it will be another round of new features.

They are already earning money thru trolling people about the lottery, well for me that is a troll one eventhough I heard someone able to win there.

As we have no response from OP I think he has not time for developing more faucets so he is going with these two very good right now and they are paying regularly its more good and comfortable for all members if some one have desire then he can try to develop faucets like this in other coins its could be not bad idea for all

thats it true, i will stick with bitcoin itself. but maybe we can use dogecoin and litecoin for another option because as far as i know, that two altcoin is the oldest than the other altcoin beside of dash and monero.

for the faucet, i like to play with litecoin and dash faucet, beside that, i think its good to play with ppc and the other old altcoin because sometime the rewards is also big so i think its really worth for our time to play.

If I'm not wrong so far no one has won a lottery from this form yet. We can't verify how they are choosing the winner for the lottery system. My opinion don't buy any lottery from this site and waste your time and money. You can try your luck in some other places for lottery portion.

I didn't know there is an option to exchage the reward points, thanks. For those who want to recieve the reward points - you should go to your PROFILE and disable the LOTTERY (I just did it) and only after that you'll start receiving the points as they are saying: "If this option is checked, you will receive reward points instead of lottery tickets at a 1:1 ratio for all future FREE BTC rolls that you or your referrals play. This will not apply to any lottery tickets bonus that you activate using your reward points."

Also just now I've learned that it is possible to redeem your points to increase your minimum free FREE BTC reward. I did it and my minimum payout has really increased by 100% for the next 24 hours. Amazing. Never knew about this feature.
