They have fixed their each claim amount in USD, and automatically when BTC prices go high it will reduce the claim amount and when prices go down then claim coins will go high. As far as i know hi-lo is provably fair and you can verify each roll, also house edge is huge. Lottery is still one big mystery.

Some users have more than million tickets, few rounds back winner had 18 million tickets, and with more than 100M tickets in round I think it is waste of time to claim from faucet and buy tickets.
