In my opinion, it is still worth discussing this casino and ecosystem, even though it has already lost most of it's credibility and it cannot be trusted anymore. If we continue to talk about it and keep the issue as a important topic, then there is a chance some people ignorant of the situation to realize what is going on before carrying out a deposit into this casino.
It is a similar situation to what happened with the shady casino and scam called 1xbit. There were some people who thought it was not worth the time to discuss how much money and how many people that scam casino had defrauded, but I am sure keeping that topic alive and up in the search engine helped some people to avoid getting scammed.

I made sure that I only withdrew small bucks just bellow the yearly limit of beeing tax free (my country works like that, end of history on that). Only small percentages of interests basically.

If you had a signed agreement with freebitcoin, which would indicate that you deposit a certain amount and freebitcoin guarantees you %, then you would pay taxes only on %, and not on the entire amount withdrawn from the site and would not pay on the body of your deposit.
I say this only because it is useless to sue the founders of freebitcoin. You do not have any signed documentation with them. You simply sent money to nowhere, as I did before, as did most.

I had this happen a couple of times. I waited a couple of days for a letter resetting my password.
And I reset 2FA via phone, via SMS.
But now the site is dead, so I don't think you'll be able to access it.

I don't think there is any other way. Perhaps only by looking through the different complaints and accusations. You will likely see a user who may reply a thread stating that they finally received their payment.

I think the last case I saw was earlier last month when someone got paid after a delayed withdrawal. I am not yet able to locate the thread as of now.

Possibly you are right, though we can not for real what is the reason behind the fall of this casino since they were doing so well until late 2023 when all of a sudden, somethings stopped working as they should and the team never made any official announcements to address the issue, it all began with some gambler losing their deposits and withdrawals, those who deposited to the casino were never credited and those who withdraw didn't get their money to the address they provided, but rather, their money was sent to another address they had no custody over.

I believe such falls happen only when the management changes, and the new management doesn't care much about customer satisfaction but focuses on income only. The management change doesn't always affect the website negatively. The website could be improved further under the new management if they had planned to expand it more and make it like other modern casinos. It all depends on the management.

I don't see why the previous management would have left the website like this while they were doing everything pretty well. I believe their service become worst due to the management change or they lost their previous dev team and cannot trust anyone else at this point. But yet, they could have better support and communication.
