Sorry bud, but NABiT was never and has never been a representative of freebitco, atleast, I've been active on this thread for several years and to the best of my knowledge, NABiT have never acted or officially claimed to be a representative of this casino, there must have been a mix up somewhere and the link you shared here which leads to one of his comment from way back was him letting the community here know that freebitco site was up again and working after the site was down for a some time.

I know someone else who acted as the representative of the site but unfortunately, I've forgotten his username, I will have to dig and bring his profile up as I remember he as made a couple of comments on this thread some time within this year, as for NABiT, forget him, he's not a representative of this casino please.. 😁

For what I know the one who come up as their representative after @TheQuinn is @CSFBC he or she show up here trying to do something with issues happening on freebitco.in.

As it is stands today, it is obvious to me Freebitcoin is experimenting a lack of liquidity, both in Fun tokens and perhaps as well with Bitcoin, which is a serious issue forma casino, which is supposed to give money to winners with the say speed they take money from deposits.

The reputation of the casino is still recoverable, as they do not seem to be pulling an exit scam, but rather trying to manage their business in spite of the lack of liquidity they are showing. If they can get liquidity back and process all transactions fast as before, then people would be able to give them a second try...

I think the freebitcoin team has no problem with FUN token liquidity, given that they have over 7,3 billion tokens locked on their site, most of which probably belong to the team, not the users.
But I agree that they may indeed have problems with BTC liquidity, given the systematic withdrawal delays and problems with past rounds of Lambo lotteries.

Thanks, that's correct, I've been using Freebitco since July 2015, I still have the welcome to Freebitco email, sadly more of a follower than a player nowadays.

This reminded me of Lucius' post in which he said that he was unable to convert his 100,000 reward points to bitcoin due to not meeting some requirements.
The last time I converted my reward points to bitcoin was months ago. In that time, there were no requirements other than having the minimum of 100,000 reward points. Now it's seems that there are more requirements.
Thanks for pointing that out. I have read the post of 'Lucius' just now. Seems like Freebitco team has also applied the "free winnings to wagered ratio" rules on the reward points exchanging system. Previously, the users were allowed to play without captcha by keeping at least $100 in BTC in their account. While some other users were allowed to play without captcha for their higher wagering activity. Perhaps, Freebitco team has implemented similar rules on the RP exchange system. This requirement could be for those users only whose 'free winnings to wagered ratio' is high.

Is there still no other way to get hold of someone from freebitco.in other than the support e-mail address nobody really gets an answer from?
As I mentioned before, currently the only way to contact them is through email support, and if you've already submitted a complaint, you won't get a response because this has been going on for a long time, even when they were still very active.
Regarding withdrawals, I can see that they will take a long time to process. You just need to be patient, as there's no way to know when you'll receive them.

This is a major problem to be encountered on this site that already struggling on maintaining their customer relationship through live support.

Having all the info that you mention is not enough to recover your account. You need to verify it with some details like last transaction, wallet address that you use to deposit and so on.

But the problem is still the support is very hard to reach these days.

Well, that's bad to know and the thing is at this point of time you can only wish your luck shines bright.
With the ongoing issues, I guess it might take a long time before you get a solution to this problem.
The support team has been delaying responses since a long time. May be you can try hard refresh and try again later.

Is the customer support of this casino just slow to process users concerns of they don't process/respond at all? If being slow is the issue, I think it would have been much better, the major issue is that they don't respond and so also don't seem to care about helping users solve their issues within the site.

It's indeed a very wrong timing for anyone to be unable to access to their account on the site because it's really going to be a long journey gaining access again.
I read in some previous post that the "forget 2fa code" or so is not working, what this means is that the user will have to first email the management and hope they respond, from here, they can provide the user a means of re-verifying  his account by passing kyc before the 2fa gets deactivated so the user can login.
I will advice him to simply forget this account if he doesn't have any fund in there..

I think you are right. The coins have moved from the address they were consolidated into and they are starting to make some payments, although my own withdrawal is still pending.

What I think is happening is that they are using recent deposits to cover withdrawals. As long as there is fresh incoming liquidity, they can continue to make payments, but when FUN token started pumping many people exchanged their tokens for BTC and that might have left them with a shortfall, which led to more delayed payments than usual.
