I think it's just referring to the hourly free roll which if you use enough times during the time left shown above will reward you with golden tickets, see the banner above the timer for details.

If you're scrolled down the page a bit and that banner and timer are out of view clicking on it scrolls you back up to them.

Right. That message has nothing to do with WOF spins. The "Play now" in that message means "Play the free roll now". That's not "Play WOF".
You will receive 1 golden tickets, if you play the free roll 10 times during the 48 hour period, 4 golden tickets if you play the free roll 20 times and 9 golden tickets if you play the free roll 30 times.

Hard to say that there's something anomalous situation there since somehow each people have a chance to win either they have few tickets bought for the lottery. However, I messed up because I had a real issue, it wasn't replied to in a week, so I sent another message on that and also said "my daily rolls stopped working"... They sent me a macro for the rolls and closed the ticket, not resolving my original issue =/... Now, I haven't been able to get into my account in anything other then my PC because it's still surprisingly logged in somehow, but I have 2FA issues.

My FUN just matured, and got the automated email saying I should re-lock them... Lmao, nope.

If it happens that there's pattern about the winners result and those who bought lots of tickets didn't win. Then there are so many times the winners always have few entries I guess in this situation maybe we should start to doubt on the result what they are showing to people.

Because it's a 100% scam and only the fake accounts that they create win.
This is why these fake accounts have so few tickets because they don't need to have a balance to buy more tickets.
They most likely manually indicate the chance of winning to the fake account, for example, 99%, and at the same time it does not need to have many tickets.
And then they show in the table that the user allegedly won fairly.
I myself created several sites and know how to manipulate this.

They are not swaying the issue rather they completely ignore it and just offers a random compensation WoF rewards for all their backlogs and disappear again.

This casino has the worst support and they don’t plan to improve that because they are still getting many customers deposits due to their rewards despite of many complaints for delays and backlogs.

No, it's not shocking. In the many years since signing up for a freebitcoin account, I've also never won any big prizes from either the top 10 in the weekly lottery, the Wheel of Fortune, or certainly not the Lambo lottery. Everyone who bets on the lottery probably really wants to win or get the jackpot price, not only here at freebitco, but I have never experienced winning a jackpot prize in the lottery.

But before, more than 10 years have passed, I have been betting on the lotto every day and once I experienced winning a 5 digit number and it was around 320$

Got it but even in that case the button seems to be not working on my browser.
Ideally the button should have scrolled me to the roll now component but that didn't happen.
May be its something with my browser but anyway, did anyone try this out ?

Their lottery is provably fair and the winners are determined randomly through some mathematical calculations.
Every time they announce the winners, you can easily download the tickets list from their twitter post and verify the winning lottery tickets, if you have some basic mathematics knowledge.

In Italy, it's been blocked by the customs agency and AAMS.
