Interesting. It looks like they haven't become 100% scammers like 1xbit or Yobit since they are processing withdrawals at a varying pace though it feels like it's just a matter of time before they finally do.

I also experienced that before at a casino I think 2 or 3 years ago where I was able to gamble because of the free faucets I got via dogecoin, and I was able to increase the faucets I received,

Which sucks, because older users (such as myself) wouldn't have known there were problems, continued to use the site and deposit, had they simply replied to the support ticket. They never replied to my ticket, was pretty annoyed, then went looking for other means of support and found this thread... In that case, Freebitco team has to change their whole reward system and slogan. We shouldn't expect anything like that when they aren't fixing the  old and ongoing issues. More users will try to claim the hourly faucet everyday if they change it to "daily claim". The main source of Freebitco earning is the multiply BTC game. Users engagement will also decrease in the multiply BTC game if they take such steps. Therefore, Freebitco team won't do that.

I still strongly believe change of management just because of this representative @TheQuin disappear then few new one started their jobs but due to failure of handling issues they also disappear now they are working slowly which are creating some chaos, but things are working.
Recently few feedbacks indicating they are working but not as they needed many withdrawals are already received by users, but their few policies are having problems which they needed to be give update but nothing available which is another problem.
Many users are taking free daily rewards just because of this site is still having operations but most chances their revenues also facing decline which are giving them problems hopefully in near future things will be sorted out team give some roadmap as well.

It might be the server but in general whenever this error happens and it can happen on any website, the way you can fix it is by clearing your cache and if that doesn't work then erase your cookies related to the site. Keep in mind you might lose a few settings this way but sometimes you got no choice. After you clear the cache and cookies try again and it should work.

If you don't want to clear your cache or cookies then just use a different browser and it should work. Usually this is a end user error and caused by some glitch somewhere on the users computer.
