Interesting. It looks like they haven't become 100% scammers like 1xbit or Yobit since they are processing withdrawals at a varying pace though it feels like it's just a matter of time before they finally do.

I lost my phone with the app while escaping Venezuela 8 years ago.
I have my email, password, and even the phone number to deactivate 2FA, but I get this message: The Nexmo platform could not process this message for the following reason... (it doesn't actually give any reason)

This is a major problem to be encountered on this site that already struggling on maintaining their customer relationship through live support.

Having all the info that you mention is not enough to recover your account. You need to verify it with some details like last transaction, wallet address that you use to deposit and so on.

But the problem is still the support is very hard to reach these days.

That's the problem where it's hard to reach their support, it seems like the person who has a concern issue with their gambling casino is pitiful. It's not known when someone will respond to support. This is also a bit of a problem for us casino players honestly speaking.

I also experienced that before at a casino I think 2 or 3 years ago where I was able to gamble because of the free faucets I got via dogecoin, and I was able to increase the faucets I received,

I created a ticket in September last year that never got replied to, then created a ticket in March, and have since created multiple tickets. My initial hope was that maybe they have now (sort of) fixed their stuff and they'll just delete all their old tickets and simply work on the newer ones, as there were too many to deal with, but this is obviously not the case.

They don’t value anymore PR since they can’t fixed all the known problem while there’s new problem on the casino being reported.

They just leave it as is since user just keep coming no matter how many the problem is.

Which sucks, because older users (such as myself) wouldn't have known there were problems, continued to use the site and deposit, had they simply replied to the support ticket. They never replied to my ticket, was pretty annoyed, then went looking for other means of support and found this thread... Though, as you said, if people keep coming and they keep making money, then they won't ever care.

I still strongly believe change of management just because of this representative @TheQuin disappear then few new one started their jobs but due to failure of handling issues they also disappear now they are working slowly which are creating some chaos, but things are working.
Recently few feedbacks indicating they are working but not as they needed many withdrawals are already received by users, but their few policies are having problems which they needed to be give update but nothing available which is another problem.
Many users are taking free daily rewards just because of this site is still having operations but most chances their revenues also facing decline which are giving them problems hopefully in near future things will be sorted out team give some roadmap as well.

It's not about browser cache and cookies. This error clearly indicates that the problem is on the server side of the freebitcoin site, not on the user side. I visited freebitco.in right now and it still displays same error. So I guess they are broken whole morning. I'm so glad that I withdrew all my tokens out of there few months ago. The problems just keep piling up.

Just don't deposit while the site is down.
It will get lost in their system.
Still missing my ~0.01 BTC deposit from March/April. (Made it back with Champions League final bet).
But they still owe me.
