Hard to say whether this site is handle by new owner since they provably won't get anything and might wasting their money if reputation of freebitco.in is so bad as what we are seeing to them these days.

If a casino is accepting deposit and participants can't withdraw their funds then is it is a clear scam. And my question is, why people still deposit to such website when previous participants had complained about. This withdrawal complain has been on ground for months, and people were still trying their luck?

Have a minimum of empathy though... There are people in this thread who have seen thousands or even more of dollars completely disappear of their reach.

Been trying to dig and I’m struggling to find the right FBC BV Kvk number. It’s like the registration is gone. There are others but seem to be completely different things. Same goes for the info for the Dutch Administrative Court docket for the ongoing appeal. Pretty sure they are still in the hole for the £840,000 but I’d like to see the fillings. I did find one article claiming CB Investments BV was the parent company of Freebitco, maybe a shell? but it’s registered obviously in the Netherlands as well but is an orange county California real estate company. I found a site saying it’s based in Curaçao (https://en.datocapital.com/cw/companies/Cb-Investments-Bv.html) Finding kvk numbers for the appropriate companies can lead to finding names and shareholders possibly on the kvk.nl site but it costs so it’s gotta be the right one.

Yeah, that is right. People slowly know what happened to their site and will not return to play there. I thought the same as you that they were the same person or group because the potential buyer will check everything before they buy and make sure that they will not get into any problems. when the OWNER of a domain changes, this information is recorded in the registrars' records. And it is also visible as something like “01.01.2025 owner changed.”
Here, in the domain information, we only see the initial registration date and subsequent renewals, without any additional information.

Lol, yeah. There were people here on the forum as well who had invested on freebitco.in to get the yearly 4% appreciation on their BTC stash.
So there would be some others as well who would have invested on the site but we never know if they really got their funds withdrawn.
I know some people did it initially when the site started facing issues but if some didn't do it yet then its their fate.

And I am actually wondering how we are going to achieve finding out who the true owners of this casino is or are, are there any type of software with which such can be achieved?
Because if truly we could find out who the true owners of the casino is and collectively take legal action against them, maybe those who lost money or their funds are currently held hostage on the site will be able to get it back.

Given that there is currently no accurate information about fraudsters, which makes them almost anonymous, they will not be tormented by remorse.
