I need to correct myself as i was a little harsh before they could theoretically still be trying to return funds to users.

After the large outflows we saw, mostly going to Binance, I doubt they will return anything. Although, I guess they could have decided to use Binance as a custodian after they had security issues, but their lack of transparency makes me believe they decided to exit scam and make off with whatever assets they have remaining.

The fact that after so long we are still wondering whether or not they will be willing to pay what they owe is because it is a betting site in the crypto space lost in some limbo of the internet. Any other regulated and supervised betting house, as is the case in European countries, would have been seized by the authorities long ago. So the question would not be whether they intend to pay or not, but what percentage of what is owed could be paid by liquidating the assets, and what penalties the responsible parties would face.

Problems with FUN really started after CEO passed away then there was lack of vision and leadership and wetsuit even personally became CEO of FUN for a short period but between 2023 and 2024 most devs left or got replaced 2024 had a new CEO who brought his own dev team but ceo and devs also got let go after a year.

Now why is this important to FBC? Wetsuit spend alot of money trying to get FUN and DPLAY to work but after some serious set backs and hacks it started to be a burden without a real future, FBC starting to be less and less profitable it all started to be alot of work for little to no return.

Then there is also XFUN, the sportsbook, the hacks honestly its a shitshow and im surprised it took this long to collapse. I have not had any contact with anyone connected to FBC or FUN in the last year so im just guessing here but if you ask me they took what was left and nobody will ever see anything unless forced trough law enforcement.

FUN CEO name is public but he was good guy with experience and a plan FUN had a chance when he was there.
All i know is they've had problems don't know or care about the details you ask for.

Finding them is not a problem, building a case and having law enforcement actually do something is.

Is there really a problem gathering evidence? The fact that they have not made any payouts since August 2025 is already significant evidence. The fact that they transferred all the bitcoins from freebitco.in addresses to Binance is also evidence

If you have the names of those who are really behind this casino, please drop the names here, what are right channels are you looking for to drop the names on if not on this platform and on this thread which is one they themselves created and operated, shared information on and related with their user through since the inception of the casino, what other channel can be better than this place?

How many people know his name? If many people know it, then why is no one revealing their names yet? Why are you protecting the thieves? Why do you ask people to ask questions if you can’t answer them? There are over a hundred people who have lost money on this site. Try closing your eyes for a few seconds and putting yourself in their shoes and what you would do. That's why, in my opinion, you should post all their names so that people can start investigating further and discover more information. Maybe they could even find out they are innocent, but if they are not innocent and are indeed the criminals behind this site,

then they could report them to the police and the case would have legs to move forward in terms of locating where they are, being arrested, tried and convicted, and who knows, maybe they would return the money they stole. Unfortunately, this is the only way; I don't see how else to find any scammers without posting their names or photos.

yea ok... how many people are now behind FUN and do they even have a goal? They locked their Twitter for comments, their Telegram is just bots spamming and they disabled their contact form through their webpage?
Also, was Freebitco already suffering from illiquidity one year ago and was artificially kept up? They promised to let us withdraw the money but nobody believes this is serious.
