You should look at the team and the experience they have, whether this project exists already (e.g we have Monaco, TenX, Centra, MoxyOne and many others) and none of them actually delivered 100% what they promised etc. so unless you really see the potentials on the project, you really shouldn't invest. Ignore the moon bullshit they are trying to feed you.

I appreciate that. I am not an ICO investor but I know that projects that are highly rated on ICO bench or ICO rating are normal. It does not really have much potential, even ICO project owners can buy points from those sites. So I never believed it.

In my opinion, if we want to be part of the ICO (both investors or bounty campaign hunters) then we should not see ICOs only from ICO ratings. The main one in choosing the ICO by analyzing the ICO. After choosing the right ICO, we can establish ourselves to join the ICO. Wise investment is an investment that is based on a clear strategy in playing in the investment after we have chosen the ICO.
