Believe me that you are not only the one that lost so much money during last 1 year. Every holder lost so much. Me too. But there is not so many things that we can do at the moment.
if you believe in them and if you have some cash, you can buy more to reduce the avarage price. that is the only thing that you can do.

Really sad for this story. I think sometimes we need to really learn from mistakes and do something. Have you tried cutting on a predefined loss? That should have saved you some money. I remembered before on the high of bitcoin where coins are going high crazy that I sold 50 percent of my holding of a coin. And as soon as the decline came I sold 50 percent of the remaining again. Because I set a predefined or set an imaginary cut loss line on a visible decline.

If i were you, i will not hold my investment anymore then my investment's worth goes down to $30,000. Holding it until now and not cutting the losses is a foolish idea. If i was in your situation I would spend every left ounce of your paycheck to buy back in now in order to get your avg cost basis lower.  Much easier and quicker to profit if your avg cost is lower.  It's a marathon now and not a sprint so you have plenty of time to avg cost buy in while prices are still depressed
