Personally I have hold Neo and xlm token and it my long time planning. Actually when I'm keep focus coinmarketcap then I have see many good quality currency for holding. At least now I have feel it ,I will got profitable if my holding target right.

That's true he is holding the coin too long for it to drop to that level, OP should set up an exit point where he should sell the coin, not good if you fully trust the coin until the next bull run, there should be a point where you stop holding the coin.

If a person really believes on the future of the coins he is holding, he'll have no business selling it at a loss.
Holding is necessary when you are investing for long term, the bear market was given that is the reason why most of our investment sink, but it's just a figure, it will not really affect our investment if we don't sell. As we still hold, we still believe that one day things will be better and as the market started to look more bullish now, that should increase our confidence in holding.

right mate , if this happens to a newbie , for sure they will panic and sell immediately but i think op is a pro investor because a noob wont invest huge money if he isnt familliar with what he is investing at  . 

if we wont sell he can still loose because there is a possibility that a value of his investment can drop more evenly and that does not also means that it will recover . this is why we should choose our investment wisely so that we wont regret at the end .
