What I want to highlight from below is this: me: "The top50 GRC addresses own 48.76% of all Gridcoins" (total coins = 392.5 million GRC) me: the top50 are surely not 50 individuals but a few people only me: that's what I'd do when I'd be smart me: having more than 1 address is not only advised due to avoiding people pointing fingers at you, also backup/security wise The other things discussed below may be true or not, but the above fact doesn't change. https://steemit.com/gridcoin/@erkan/the-top50-grc-addresses-own-48-of-all-gridcoinsVisit us also in IRC!

Please guys help me before i smash my laptop It most likely isn't stuck, but the estimate is wrong. When it's at 99.99% it's actually more like 66%, so it needs more time, but the counter can't move past 99.99% until it's really finished.

I totally forgot to run the client as administrator, so it was all my fault

just uploaded the windows wallet for the first time (last version).
1st time I opened the wallet, I got a few small messages (e-mail address and others which I ignored). Finally, I told to myself it would be better to complete every steps.
So, I closed the wallet thinking that I would see again the different messages.
But NO, I opened again the wallet and I don't get the different messages. The wallet directly started to sunc and did not display the small windows showing the messages)
As this is different from other wallet / coins (sure), I am not familiar with those little setup "requested" that I denied.
Could someone help me to understand what to do to be fully operational with the wallet and have everything setup for the best benefits of the wallet?
thanks in advance
