Of course altcoins should be supported but when we invest the projects of altcoins should be well analyzed. What problems will the project solve in our daily life in the future? After reviewing this i will be convinced that the project will live and i will support the altcoin and investing.

When we are supporting bitcoin, why not to Altcoins. Altcoins functions more or less similar like bitcoin. Altcoins are cheaper to buy and less volatile compared to bitcoin currency. There are many altcoins introduced since 2009, but among them very few are popular and functioning smoothly. Ethereum, Litcoin, Ripple, Dash are popular altcoins. Currently their price and movement is less. But this is the best time to make a long term investment in them. They have potential, they may have us returns like bitcoin did.

should not be supported but at least as an alternative investment other than bitcoin, altcoin actually also have good prospects for in making long-term investment because the price is relatively cheap although not all altcoin have cheap price but its profit is also big, in this case must be really thorough in choosing altcoin

Why not? Look at ethereum, lite coin and others? They are all successful and ready to take over the top in caise bitcoin is gone. And actually, in my opinion, there are so many other coins out there are much better than bitcoin it is just that bitcoin eas the first and most popular one which why it is the "best" today.

We should support both bitcoin and altcoins. They are all types of investment and can provide us earnings. We should always open our eyes for new investments because the only thing permanent in this world is change.

I don't believe in Monopoly. Of course we should support Altcoins. We can't compare the position of Bitcoins if there is no other crypto currency. Plus, Altcoins have their own play in the online market. Lots of people prefer Litecoins or Ethereum or other Altcoins because of their value (price). So, I think we should support Altcoins ALONG with Bitcoins.

It is not clear what you mean with the word "support". Everyone will just buy coins that he or she thinks will be more valuable in the future. Nobody does it to "support" a coin.

From a "lets make the world a better place perspective" should we support only bitcoin right now or altcoins also?
Who is 'we'? If you want to miss out on opportunities that currently undervalued alt coins present, sure, don't buy them, buy them later when they are more expensive That doesn't say all alt coins are ok to buy. Do your own research and due diligence. To clarify, we is basically everyone in the crypto community currently. I have alts yes but that is for selfish gain, im talking about whats best for the world politically.... some have said they prefer everyone focus on BTC right now - Im not sure & need convincing of this argument. Well, maybe because of the reason that Bitcoin is the most and first to be recognized cryptocurrencies amongst all out there that is why the issues regarding the use of cryptocurrencies only surround in bitcoin. All controversies pertaining to Bitcoin are being debated many experts in the field of economy saying that Bitcoin is a bubble and we all should be careful about investing in it. We are forgetting that there are still a lot of altcoins that are undervalued that also needs to have the same attention and the same way we value Bitcoin. It is only that we can't see the potential of altcoins the way we see the potential of Bitcoin.

Yes, we need to support other altcoins because just like fiat it is much better you have alternative cryptocurrencies. It will also help the market value with each other, it will become less volatile.

Yes there is no choice but to support alternative coins like litecoin or dogecoin because bitcoin fees are exorbitant like 20dollars now. No one will use bitcoin for small transactions because it is not affordable whereas for litecoin fees are very small like 5 cents. Also it takes 10min to process bitcoin transaction whereas wheheas for litecoin 2.5min only. And litepay will start in Feb 2018 so expect litecoin to skyrocket soon.

Yes, we need to support other altcoins because just like fiat it is much better you have alternative cryptocurrencies. It will also help the market value with each other, it will become less volatile. I think the point here is that if we should also support Altcoins despite its price compared to Bitcoin. I mean, we all know that most Altcoins are undervalued and most of them don't mean much that is why they are called shitcoins. The way we value and support Bitcoin is nothing compared to Alts because bitcoin is the first and most popular cryptocurrency that we recognized and that is the reason why the price of Alts are way behind bitcoin's.

Of course we must support altcoins. How can we only support altcoins? Currently investing in altcoins is really profitable. I feel that way. Altcoins is also so popular right now. We'd better also support altcoins to make it even better.

It should be noted that the lion's share of new projects, if not complete BTC clones, is very close to this. Often the authors change a couple of not the most significant characteristics, such as the speed of the transaction or production algorithm, and rush to "make happy" mankind the fruits of their mental efforts. Such samples of digital currencies very quickly leave "from the scene" and few people remember about them the next day.

I think we should support the projects that we like and agree and believe in. THose are the projects we should buy altcoins from. I believe we should give other coins a chance because there are many other things on offer and many services and ideas and if we have altcoins for all these different things it makes sense and it like having shares in the company when you have your share of the total coins available as well as combined with the fact you can also mine.

I think it is a good idea to support coins especially ones you believe in. If the crypto you are interested in offers something unique and different. A good exampe is BEEFcoin which is a project planned for organicaly produced BEEF from the farm directly to your plate. The idea is good and they have a 3d digital replica of what the farm will look like on their website. If it sounds interesting take a look.

One of the most important things is making crypto as anti-fragile as possible. We want these networks to gain from disorder, not be destroyed by it. Along those lines, for btc in particular, competition from alts can increase this anti-fragility. For crypto in general, a healthy alt ecosystem will increase its own anti-fragility by increasing the number of possible successful paths for a decentralized revolution in monetary systems.

Crypto is a huge resource, it will help us to make a lot of money from it. Supporting it gives us more options to help crypto grow. So support Bitcoin or Altcoin will help us to be more profitable.
