how would it be with 2 new stock exchanges so that such a situation in which no more trading is possible is not repeated?  Nobody knows how long Cryptopia is closed. But one thing is for sure no one can buy or sell Phoenix as long as they are closed. Probably Biance and Okex would be a good choice. What are you planning?
