Personally, I lurk and watch the team for a while and see how they communicate, how transparent they are, how they interact with investors and even trolls.  I found this one team that I love, its FGC fantasy gold coin.  They are a super talented team with a working product that had a successful launch at a huge event in vegas last weekend.

While searching doesn't completely depend on other reviews because it is based on their research, i will gather all the information regarding their marketing and team members whether they have good experience regarding the product development. I will find out whether the company has the ability to deliver the end products.

Well, altcoin is undoubtedly a good coin, because at one time it showed a good rise in the cryptocurrency, and it is expected again, because now the coin has fallen, still hope to raise and invest.

1) I look at the marketcap
2) Depending on the marketcap and how much usability it will have, I'll compare it with other similar projects
3) I look at how much they raised
4) I look at the team/partnerships

For bounties, I look to see how much they have allocated and if it's already saturated. Under the radar ICOs are my favorite because you can get way more tokens because less people find them. I'm always watching what small youtubers who have made good calls in the past are promoting to find good ICOs for bounties.
