how do we get Cloudbet to actually respond and come out of hiding? I dont know what they are scared of, just talk to us. Have some decency. It is shameless how they just ignore their customers

This is not a new thing I've seen a lot of complaints related to withdrawal because Cloudbet has the highest record of withdrawal problems Admin will sometimes come here and solve all problems but do not expect it be done in quick time  Cheesy

This site never live without bugs and issues as far as i know. Although op is still trying to approach every complainant but sometimes for sure he is choosing where to respond to especially if the team has no way to resolve the problems yet. Just wait

I am in a similar spot.  Made a withdrawal today, no confirmations, then rejected by blockchain.  No customer service whatsoever.  Have used them quite a bit, and referred their site to many people, but this may be the last straw for me.

my withdrawal was rejected on the blockchain and as now pending in cloudbet. will this go through or can it just be brought back to my cloudbet account?

LITERALLY WHAT POSSIBLE ACTIVITES COULD CLOUDBET BE DOING FOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO BE SO UNRESPONSIVE??? It is beyond me what could possibly be going at Cloudbet that makes their customer service and responsiveness so horrible. It lacks logic and competence to barely ever respond to your customers. Thanks. I look forward to a response or not, who knows, they certainly dont.

it makes 0 sense why there still has been no action even when you said only a few hours ago there would be. Any update or anything just respond this is insane absolutely mental just anything anything any response at all to let me know that at least one, alive human being is present at Cloudbet and you're not all at home, asleep or drinking at a bar. Nothing Nada Zilch. Incredible.
