Still nothing from Cloudbet. It's been over 48 hours since the transaction confirmed. No response other than wrongly closing the support ticket. Shameful.

If they already closed the ticket without your complaint being fixed you need to get explanation from them, or if without that is a big troll and this site should be avoided. If nothing happens on the next day you can start accusation so everyone will be aware.

Actually there are complaints against cloudbet since 2014, their support is worst i have seen in bitcoin gambling industry, they don't have live chat system or telephone service, only email. They work only 5 days, so you have issues on weekend, they will not respond.

Their support isn't that responsive but I don't believe they have scammed anyone ever. If you have been scammed you should definitely consider doing a scam accusation to bring it to everyone's attention.

Yeah that's the best thing he can do really so if cloudbet devs/mods can see it they would do the right action regarding to that problem and hence they are not responding here its really better to do that way, cloudbet should give nice action when problem occurs but hence the error repeatedly occuring well we can really say that they are making bad acts here thats why i wouldn't play for them at this moment,

Their support is really not active since people who got problems are trully getting a hard time to get some answers from them and the better thing he can do is to file a scam accusation against them its the best thing to do really so cloudbet management would do immediate counter action to that problem, but surely once they will know that i think they will do the right thing and surely not intend to scam anybody for now.

Two bets of mine are still pending after two days: they both include a match that was cancelled for a retirement (Murray - Ferrer) so I guess  I should be refunded ( didn't bother reading their T&C in case of retirement but general behaviour is a refund).

May you please have a look into it and refund me so that I may keep on betting?

Hi Cloudbet,

Before game 6 of the world series and currently for living betting you have the wrong pitchers listed. I hope you will still payout the placed bets. This is ridiculous and not the first time this has happened for playoff baseball. Screenshots are below of the wrong pitchers listed.

File a scam accusation against them since you have a proof and so their management will do counteraction for that, i think this one should need to be publish so people would now that they will ignore you if problem will occur on their site aswell as  to make people stay away, the problems got more bigger and bigger and i don't see any devs posting some action regarding to this claims.

i never had a big problem with CB in 2 years, the only problem is 3rd party odd portal always put the wrong/line and they had maintenance right now.. (before champions league happen in several hours and my balance i there  ) please make it quick admin 

feel sorry for who had a problem..
maybe it cause i only gambling with minimum stake (low bankroll so WD and deposit is fine  )

Yes, this is obviously a promotion from cloudbet, it's not easy to get. But i never seen someone claimed if he's won from this promotion (or maybe i missed it because too many pages).

This bonus is not instantly added to your account, they have a formula to calculate the bonus value, after you bet money, the bonus will gradually release.

There are something happening in this site, they keep on holding and rejecting withdrawals as what i know is it like how ponzis works when they were about to be gone. Cloudbet is different but everyone must be very careful with this one until they fix things up.
