Hey! cloudbet better improve your service to retain your clients. People need the basic requirement of a good site, fast support, deposit, and withdrawals. I think you might review your system to determine the root cause of the problem.

I have feedback for cloudbet
Their support : terrible as they dont reply and even when reply, its unprofessional and non-helpful.
Their odds and market : The best I have ever seen with BTC !
well said and one other thing i do not like about their support is the number of personnel on one case such that any problems brought forward take over a day to be resolved. i personally dont see it to be a control as it doesnt benefit me with their so called investigations meanwhile on the other side  Awesome you made profits i guess? These wins are looking beautiful in my eyes. Hpefully me to have them someday |

Hello cloudbet! I have a question about bonus of 0,5 BTC by loyalty points.
I had reached 40 000 loyalty points and received 0.5 btc bonus in total for it. After that I did continued to make bets and my loyalty points was raised in my balance to 80 000 but I did not received another 0,5 BTC bonus for it. Is bonus provided only for first 40 000 loyalty points or users must receive it for each 40 000 loyalty points?
For example on directbet.com I receive a BTC bonus by each fixed amount of loyalty points.....not only for first amount.

I have the worst experience , any of you can relate ?
So I made a bet , all the games are over.
It is a total of 4 games. But it is still telling me bet pending..
I have waited more than 7 hours now.
The support won't help me and keep ignoring what I ask... Cloud bet is a scam..

I get this : Your withdrawal is being processed. You will receive an email upon completion. Let us hope for the best to happen to everyone here. |
