Cloudbet always appealed me and in my every communication to the customer services in the past, I have always appreciate the way they quickly answer your questions. it turned out later that they are good in answering questions only, and they are really slow when there is something practical to do. The above mentioned bet is graded wrong. I won it and it was marked 'loss'. I have been emailing support from last 18 hours and all I am being told is that to wait and have patience. How come this is fair that we have to wait so long for cloudbet mistakes? Why not priority when it is cloudbet's mistake?
Because they have lack customers representatives to assist every single customers they have whos appealing concerns day by day. But if you are running a business, customer service is your main priority and because this is anonymous people are easily panic when delays happen and that is bad for business due to the competition in the community, they should improve their service actually.

what is it that you are so AFRAID me of betting? I cannot even bet 0.1BTC on a market where your general limit is 6BTC?
And if you are so coward to limit customers individually, why can't you at least have the decency to list the actual limits in their account? So that I would not have deposited for no use at all....
