No, bitcoin still don't get its principle objective regardless of whether we are not discussing its cost.

Numerous individuals still have no clue about what it is and I think it will likely be utilized by all individuals on the planet.

I'm not referring to the price of Bitcoin (we all know it's going to be $250,000/coin by 2022), but the goal that it would be a legitimate alternative to inflationary government fiat currencies.  When the altcoin market is examined, it is inextricably linked to the price of Bitcoin.  Where Bitcoin goes, so does the rest of the cryptocurrencies.  There's even somewhat of a dismissive attitude toward other crytpos in some investment circles; strangely this was a similar sentiment held by those "respectable" investors when Bitcoin was in its infancy.

What do you think?  I'd love to hear from some crytpo veterans.

Bitcoin price is not that high till now. It is not legitimate in few countries. Yet it is serving its goal. Because surging price to the pinnacle or being a legitimate currency can not be the goal of bitcoin. Rather bitcoin aims to smooth transactions around the globe irrespective of the geographic location. Bitcoin is a little bit successful in this regard.

Hi there jongo! I would like to share my part here even though I am not a crytpo veteran. For me, the purpose has been served but it is still not complete. Satoshi's vision is to create a decentralize noncontrolled form of secured and unique financial system. And there we have it, we are now using the technology sending and receiving bitcoin. Using it as a form of payment for some product or services. However, as there is more country seeing this as an illegal form of money, I think Satoshi is still thinking about its success. One thing that could complete its purpose is government go signals and people could use it freely.

The question is do the bitcoin have its goal? Unlike other coins which have a clear white paper that target a certain goal in a time bound plan. Bitcoin on the other hand have no white paper that is continuously updating its target milestone. So, by that I think bitcoin have reached its goal as a crypto used by people, decentralized and free from government regulations (by now). I think that is also one of Satoshi's main purpose, to develop the system and that's it. Let the people use it for what ever purpose it may seems to fit in them.

Many country also banned it because of reasons that bitcoin will overtake them, despite all of these conflicts to the media and governments still other country accept bitcoin and use bitcoin as a mode of payment.

Bitcoin have not reach its goal, the goal to be the world currency, the goal to be accepted by all nations.so it have not been reached towards its goal. But with time we will experience a high demand for bitcoin and cryptocurrency at large.

Bitcoin have reached it goals mate because Bitcoin was not created a currency that every nation will use cause it was created to save people from the inflation caused by the government and to make people financial freedom. However, it not possible for all nation to accept bitcoin because your own food might be my own poison and just hope that bitcoin go mainstream of payment.

Meanwhile, the OP prediction for the year 2022 is not correct.

I don't think its popular enough yet. I think we may have a good idea if there's a general market downturn and bitcoin price isn't affected.

I think When the altcoin market is checked, it is closely related to the Bitcoin price. Where Bitcoin goes, so does the rest of cryptocurrency. There is even a slight disparaging attitude towards other crytpos in some investment circles; strangely this is a similar sentiment held by "respectable" investors when Bitcoin is still in its infancy.

Bitcoin is about ten years old now. Though it has reached many of its cherished goals. But I think Bitcoin has to go a long way and fulfilled all its remaining goals as well.

Yes, its on the way of successive path.
Many of people using cryptocurrency and earning in bitcoin also investing money in bitcoin vallet which results in high profit.

I think if Cryptocurrency market is uncertain and growing slowly, there will be many sellers who sell Bitcoin. Hope this does not happen.
It's hard for Bitcoin to achieve its goals. There is much hope for Bitcoin growth by 2018 but that has not happened yet. Many Bitcoin investors feel very depressed.

Even experienced experts in the field of cryptocurrency ,no one knows exactly when bitcoin will rise up and how much it will cost max.I don't know what month, but this year. Bitcoin will break last year's record and may rise even higher than 30.000. Everything will depend on how soon the market will receive large capital.

I don't think bitcoin is anywhere near its goal. Though no one can guess what it's going to happen with it the next minute. But I believe there is still more to what we are seeing currently. Besides it's here to change the way we use to spend and it's really doing a good job about it.

Hello. in my opinion, I do not think bitcoin has achieved its purpose. I think it's aimed at stopping the dollar and the euro, and moving to pay wages and population's income in cryptomonades. this passage would stabilize the crypto market

my opinion that bitcoin is just starting to gain momentum, I can say that this is only its starting point, we are expecting a very large growth and I think that by 2020, we expect a price of 100 thousand dollars.

Bitcoin has not reached it goal, but the groundwork has been laid and will surely attain its visions some day to come. One important goal of Bitcoin which is, to get fully established as a digital currency where greater percentage of people will use it in real life for their daily expenditures. This goal is not fully established but it is growing very fast and may attain that goal in no time
