In the whitepaper, not POS, but cold staking. I think it is going to be a little like WhaleCoin or Hodlcoin.
Someone also spoke about it on reddit. Callisto is a very good project.

There is this document about cold staking. It seems that the minimum will be 1000 CLO for cold staking.
