What do you mean by "deposit"? Cold staking is a protocol that rewards long-term coin holders for holding their coins. Cold Staking is not related to Proof of Stake. It is not a consensus mechanism. Cold stakers has no rights in blocks generation or transaction confirming. They just receive interest for holding their coins. |
