No worries, I only use BTC generated by my backup pools to gamble with, so this truly is a well meant donation to the pool, be it only a very small one Wink

Thanks for the offer though ! Appreciate it !!!

Is there any page or app where we can see the status of the pools?

For example I want to make us I spread my tickets out and they don't end up I the same pool.  If I understand correctly I can't just count transactions (strangers spool), but 0.25 BTC multiples.  This is obviously doable; however could be error prone to a busy person.

For now the only way is to look up the pool address and group them yourself in multiples of 2.5 BTC. I hope to create a tool in the future that does this for you and shows you each group of tickets. You don't have to count the tickets but see where yours is and see what the total for the address is. Then wait till another multiple of 2.5 occurs. Then pay. But like I said, I hope to make it more simple for those who want to enter multiple times.

I see that the house edge for SatoshiDICE is now 3% (up from 1.5%, which was up from about 1.0%).

This means BitLotto at 99% payout remains the best odds of any blockchain-based (i.e., cheat-resistant) wagering available.

It seems like Otoh really made an impact on the size of this lotto by putting his 100 in every month.  Too bad he's gone...

Just taking a break, I had only BTC30 in this month, haven't decided as yet for August - I'll know better at the end of this month, but yes interesting to see that it really does make a difference, seems to be that it attracts at least as much again (or 1.5 times)  plus gets the attention of the high rollers, if it was put in constant every month then we'd see real jackpot growth I believe.

Congrats to 1VqGSHEPvy2jHCrMavaZLZiHiA1UyxhXc !

Thank you for updating this!  It's a great tool for double checking who won Smiley

I think there might be a few bugs or maybe I am doing something wrong.

This is the command I ran to check the June 1 winner:

java -jar BitLottoVerify.jar 00000000000004b4af7b4143e32d18cc55e373bd05051659fbdb8dc60702f04f 022738465245 1BdTh4FtbkajrFjkv6jbLX8xQ11n1KfXDf 1P44CLoLcnUBgerSk2xoHeGh5SEZJ9Abfg 181GZPYNPKyaoWKeDgrHURU8QWQ4Wg7nP3

Here are the 1st few results I got:

I believe the winner for the June 1st drawing should be the 2nd group in the strangers pool:

3b11a5be6db66fa610778ebabfcb489b615866b23933eca1176a75f839a650d2(13)

The July 6 drawing had a German address 1LtMfB5M2zEuwUqLnWSPkLpUEUXxKQmtvH, I think this is not a pool and should be treated the same way the main bitlotto address is.

Thanks again for updating this, I am looking forward to using it to double check the August 3 winner.
