Total closure of the entire ico projects perhaps is not the solution to overcome scam projects and campaign. It may create to a negative impression to the whole cryptoworld that may lead to a destructive presentiment to the technology. Regulatory body that will check and balance the incoming ico project is more advisable.

Stopping the ICO's is not an option as with scam projects there are some great projects coming up too so we can't just put no entry board to ICO's. The investors should take care of their money and do due diligence before investing their money.
