It is always good to join projects with already working products which is in high demand because it is with the product that many investors will be attracted to the project. I agree with your opinion. I think ICO should be closed and IEO should be supported more. ICO projects are now very bad and almost no longer create the attention of investors.

1.  i think ico should be removed. because the frauds have multiplied and people are now having difficulty in distinguishing the truth.

I think ICO failures is unfairly being attributed to crypto.

yes we must be able to carefully choose a good project before we are involved to invest in it. most projects have been successful so far, because they have a strong team and have development goals for the project they will work on. However, we must be wary of scammers, some of whom are able to deceive many people by offering huge profits that can be obtained for investors who put money in it, but in the end the fake team on the project can easily leave after getting a large amount of money collected and able escape without accountability to the people involved in the project

Agree, and that's why most of excited investors are participating IEO. It has less risk and the hype is great in there that gets completed in their softcap or hardcap in less than a day. All those projects that pops up everyday will always justify their need for money to speed up their development but investors can't guarantee that it will a successful or even have the quality to compete with other projects.

I think it is not now falling but it is on recovery, 80 percent is not so good but if it is all about increase of the price, early investors should keep one things in mind that never panic if the price is low then have patience and wait until the price become high, bitcoin is the best coin to buy which has high potential I am sure price fall will be recovered more than double very soon.
