Yes, or we can choose any other value, thx to time warp effect. so we can decrease the block forging gap to 10,000 ms or lower? Yes. It doesn't matter what we change - number of transactions in a block or time between blocks. |

Has anyone experienced at least one error with 0.5.9? I mean, a real exception stack trace in the log, other than due to corrupted .nxt files on startup? I haven't even seen a single blockchain rescan in the last two days, only the occasional "generated incorrect block" message, so I don't know whether rescans still cause exceptions, or rescans don't happen anymore, or complete without errors?
It is getting boring, no bugs to fix... need to focus on the refactoring. And no, no new feature requests until I am done with it.

Not loading for me, how much is it? I think the price will fall down again. Especially over the next week with issues in China. So I think we will hit the low for the last time end of januari/begin of februari. At least I hope so. That will be the last chance to enter this speed train. |

Can someone contact coinmarketcap to change their feed from obsolete dgex to bter please?
Gliss stated in the coinmarketcap thread that he's already done this. I think it still shows dgex prices... They've included the the BTER NXT/BTC trade pair. See here - http://www.cryptocoincharts.info/#jump-nxt-btc. But the exchange with the highest volume determines the price involved in the market cap calculation. At the time of posting DGEX has a 24 hour trade volume of 274BTC while BTER has 171BTC. That's not much of a gap considering today is the first business day since the launch (I don't think that considers the NXT/CNY pair either). where can i find the trade volume in BTER? you can find them on the right corner in your web browser . Or you can hover you mouse on the K line or column chart,it will also display the volume. |

If you are in any way concerned that Frictionless can pull it of, and that his improvements might be something that is a threat...
Then it would be better to make a new fork yourself and beat him to the punch. But reading responses makes me think you consider him as a complete non-threat.

Btw, I don't know what category my coin fits. It works on top of Nxt Arbitrary Messages and requires 1 NXT fee for any transaction. It's not a clone, more like Mastercoin on top of Bitcoin.
What additional function wil it provide that Nxt cannot? My friend would like to have a gaming currency (you can use the credits to buy cards in online trading card game now) hosted on the Nxt network without using any programmator skills. CfB already said, it could be easily done by "clonning" his new coin. It means - there could be many coins in Nxt blockchain and we could support them because they still pay by Nxt (will be 0.01 in future). Especially, if the currency would be somehow special. |
