The funding will set the starting value of the company. Maybe it will be 10% or 20% of the company and I will distribute it via the asset exchange.
I will definitely invest if you can make it happen. But you better have some prototypes before the IPO in the asset exchange. Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

New question for NXTarea.com planned:What do you want to as our next feature? Currently I'm developing a relative big service which uses Arbitrary Messages. This service will get it's own domain and website. In a few days I'm finished with this service and I can check how the feedback is. (If it's positive I can work on it for many months more.  ) But I also want to make NXTarea.com big thus I need/want to integrate new features. I have the following ideas: - Blockchain Explorer - Online Wallet (which needs a Blockchain Explorer also ) I originally wanted to make a few small games which uses NXT. I registered NXT777.com for this purpose. But I have to postpone this plan, because of some legally issues with Germany.. :/ If you have other ideas for NXTarea.com just let me know!  I want LocalNXT. Can someone develop it ? We would ask for a bounty on it. Do you know if there are legally issues regarding that? Do I need to register this somewhere? Why should you have a legality issue by running a advertising service website ? because as I understand it is similar to an advertising board where buyers and sellers can meet. Sellers/ buyers would have to follow their local regulations. Similar to BitcoinLocal. Because it handles money. Does BitcoinLocal charges fee? How does it monetize? Edit: I looked into this issue. Man, that FrictionlessCoin guy and his NEX bullshit literally makes me sick to my stomach. this is wallet he got from bter for deposits wow thats so lame and disheartening. especially since, if that is a wallet used by everyone, the only way it will accept a deposit is if you pre specify the amount deposited. So all that nxt just disappeared into the aether. Shame on me but serves him right. Asking me to direct deposit my donation into an exchange... *edit* shame on me because the condition was that he read my essay. i guess it wasnt good enough to convince him to keep the nxt. time to rethink my strategy (or maybe go take a writing class). It is an exchange generated address specific for one person. It got swept into the main bter acct which is up to 20 million NXT, but I am pretty sure it is credited to Adam's specific acct. It is not lost James |
