Hello traders!


I am new here in this forum I don't have more knowledge about tradings, but I think maybe someday if I will given a chance to do trading I think I should try it. So I always read articles about tradings and also I read threads here in our forum about trading discussion. However I would like to ask all traders here that have more experiences about trading if what was the common problems that encountered of an ordinary traders?  And what was the common mistakes had you ever experienced and how could you manage this problem and mistakes?

I think first is knowledge and experience once you have that you need to control your emotions and being greedy.

One of the most common reason because of which most of the traders end up losing their money is none other than the lack of the experience and less awareness regarding the things and other than that, getting into the world of trading without having any kind of prior knowledge regarding the things. You need to acquire enough of the knowledge first, after that go for trading.

It’s a very good question that you have asked this to the community. My answer would be based on my own opinion, so I am not good when it comes to altcoin trading. One of the common mistakes that the traders have is that they are “emotionally drowned” if the market crashes down. They do not see it as an opportunity, but rather a “regret”. They have to change their perspective by simply calling the bearish run as a buying opportunity to increase their portfolio and wait till the bull run season begins.

Yes, certainly I agree with that and this will be possibly happen for those new on the field of trading, they are afraid to see the downfall of the coin they are holding for not to pump again so they will sell in a lower price, and lastly the lack of time for market monitoring will give such trading mistakes.

there may not always be opportunities and opportunities are not always attacked. Therefore a trader should not be greedy and trade whenever there is little chance to make a profit. greed is one of the most common mistakes of a trader, they do not want and appreciate the little profit that a coin can make, so they will wait for another big pump to make a profit

I think that the false belief that even if the coin that they hold has been tainted with a lot of bad reputations and it was really confirmed, they still lie to theirselves that it's just an attempt to bring its price down and they will still continue to support it until the end.

According to my knowledge and experience i think new traders dont have patience and they want everything in the start and want success in one day and when they have losses so they start trading blindly which is more harmful for them and they put their all funds on risk as well which can only harmful for them.

You're right. New traders do not have the patience to wait for profits, they want to get a lot of money right away and lose all their money in a rush of emotions.

You're right. New traders do not have the patience to wait for profits, they want to get a lot of money right away and lose all their money in a rush of emotions.

- Started depositing into trading site without being aware of minimal withdrawal threshold

This may seem like minimal mistake but if you do not focus on this things, the little amount of capital you have maybe lost because you can't get back anymore what you have sent to the exchange. Good observation OP because this would be a big help for newbies. I would just add to always check the address of the exchange you are trading in because there is a possibility that it is a fake site so when you log in, they have already taken your info and have access to your coins and freely withdraw it. Always bookmark the site and when you see that the site isn't secure, check in social media if they have problems too with the site so that you can prevent further mistakes.

As for me, the common problem of traders these days is just being impatient that they tend to do panic selling at unnecesaary times. I believe that because of our wrong decisions, we lose something that we are aiming for which also includes a good profit to save in the future.

besides that, I think the common mistakes of the traders is because they are too greedy and they want to get a big profit in one time which they cannot always get. and the problems of the traders is they cannot wait for a while and don't have a patient to hold their coins and they only sell the coin because they are panic to see the market. we need to prevent this so we don't have to be like them and we can stay calm, we could still hold the coins, we can analyze more about what is happening in the market.

Seems you're a day trader and considering you're a beginner it's really hard tho. And yeah we should know the prerequisites in trading sites so we can transact smoothly and that's also a beginner should know to avoid.

For me, the common mistake of traders is for holding TOO much to the point the value gets lesser and lesser. I think this is because of being greedy like they knew that they already profited but still they want more. So instead of getting a good profit they keep waiting again for the price to bounce.

I think some common problems are effecting to some new traders that they don,t have idea how to make pending orders, buying orders and selling orders and one more thing i think traders have fear that is why they start selling in down market trend and panic sale i think this  is the more common mistakes in the traders side,

Newbies are the ones with the highest chance of entering in a state of panic when they make a trade, what it happens is that they are not really convinced about the reasons of conducting that trade, maybe they did the trade because of something they heard or because a group giving signals told them to do it, and then when they see the price going down they panic and sell for a loss.

that it's true and it's because they are panic when prices fall and they cannot hold any longer. I think it's not a wise decision to sell the coins because, in that time, I am sure that we cannot make a profit and I think we need to learn about how to manage our feeling if we still get panic. and if we cannot hold this feeling, I think it is difficult to make any profit in the future because we are always getting panic because of the price is too volatile.

I can relate to that.We say that trading has always been a risky activity so in times we see good timing,we immediately grab for it.Not knowing that it is still not the perfect time yet.Yes,we do take risks but sometimes we put it limits.And this will totally block us from achieving its peak success.
