I've got the same issue. It's going really slooooooooow. Taking me about 30 mins to sync 50 blocks. Horrible

Read the thread - I repeat again. He has given more than 60% to bounties and giveaways - it has been checked by block explorer many times.

Read the thread - I repeat again. He has given more than 60% to bounties and giveaways - it has been checked by block explorer many times. Read from the beginning... The premine was 1% of 50,000,000,000 coins, or 500,000,000 to start. What amounts were sent as bounties and giveaways from the 500 million? Even if 60% was given away (which is still far too low) that leaves approximately 200 million. - Checking the block explorer only confirms coins were sent to another wallet address. It doesn't tell you the owner.
- 192-200 million remaining still makes up a large (too large) percentage of total coins in circulation.
- The "devs" wallet that had 600 million in it is now empty.
You guys were mislead from the start.

You guys were mislead from the start. Premined or not, it is not up to the developer to get his coin accepted as a viable alternate to BTC. It's the communities job to endorse it and get it integrated. Even if he did pump and dump, it doesn't affect the GRAs I have. They are worthless if I deem them so. If I (the community) sees fit to get this coin going, and get it integrated into shops, mainstream, etc, and the price goes up, then his pump and dump scheme becomes null and void. The ones holding out while the price skyrockets, would be the smart ones.

Bosian or bee7, if you're following the thread in readonly - this would be a great time to appear. 2) If he doesn't come - we should think about who would make the project run on - like, we need programmers. For example, in order to make a wallet whe the block reward splits. 3) We need to think over and decide what the next steps should be in order to develop the coin.

All it takes is one person to set the tone. To say what a particular coin will be worth. For instance if I said, I have a 1 TB drive for sale and I will take 100 GRAs for it, then that sets the worth of the coin. From that point forward, anyone else who decided to hop on board and start selling would gauge the value of the item they are selling, on that first sale.
Right now, we gauge the price of GRA on the current value of BTC. When we should be trying to set our own value on it.
Once you do that, the price will then be more stable and increase as sales continue and investment opportunities arise.

Guys, I am not dumping a single coin. There's no point to dump. We are building its long term potentials. The price is up and down, there are traders out there. And most alt coins are down recently, due to the BTC problems.
The grain dev team is there, it's not going away, we commit to support our coin.
We recently are busy at work, but we will continue to support the coin and community.
