The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

I am mining with almost 3MH/s of GPU for over 1 hour! But I have 0 confirmed and 0 unconfirmed doges... Is that normal??? This is what I can see on the top right of my screen...

Est. Shares   993428 (done: 195.89%)
Pool Valid   1945985
Your Valid   14976
Pool Invalid   67709
Your Invalid   333

Yes its fairly normal, just means your pool hasn't found a block in that time. Keep mining and you'll be paid based on the amount of shares you earn't, these are given out based on the block work you do and how long you are doing it for Smiley When a block comes through you'll get a chunk of doge

Thanks!
What would happen if i closed the CGMiner before it finds the block ?? Would I just not get paid at all ?

You will paid. I mine in PROP pool, when something happens (windows auto reboot when it load it's damned updates, or something happens with internen, or I suddenly close miner) the pool is counting my sended shares. Of course my reward is not so big, but sended shares are rewarded when block will be founded.

I have problem with linux wallet. Compile from source but wallet just show wallet picture and nothing happens.

You need the ~/.dogecoin/dogecoin.conf file. It's in the tarball.

I know multiple people are complaining about pools still, just wanted to mention I'm still mining at http://doge.crypto49er.com:9555/static/ and it's been pretty reliable.

cgminer --scrypt -o doge.crypto49er.com:9555 -u YourDogePayoutAddressHere -p anythinghere

I have ONE simple question: is there SOMEBODY mining and finding blocks??? PLEASE do NOT spam me with SCAM pools.
The p2pool I mine found one at 1:41 PM EST.

Thank you! And how often should a block be found? Again: i have 90.000 kh/s in servers and i don't find any blocks! Also I don't find anything with solo mining!

so let me get this straight...every pool over 1gh is either down, half down or registration closed...what are you supposed to do in this case? join a small pool just to find out they are not paying after 5 hours of mining to find 1 block?

Out of curiosity, is there a Dogecoin Block Explorer?
I have someone who's mining some DOGE for me with their Rig.
How can I check how many DOGE or how many Blocs it finds?

Thanks

To everyone not seeing payouts

The difficulty has increased dramatically over the past few days which means its harder to solve a block.  With the number of pools around, blocks are being solved but the payouts/pool are low because the work is so spread out.  If you mine P2pool, payments go directly to your wallet when that node finds a block, no waiting plus even though it's not a lot, you get DOGE for TX fees.  Payout overall is 10%-20% higher than a regular pool.  There are some listed on page 1 of this thread.

***It can be a few hours before you see a payout.  It depends when the block is found
