Sorry guys, i need help!! I just installed my MSI Radeon HD 7750 to mine with gpu..now my problem is that when i start cgminer it doesn't recognize my video card!! I had also the opencl issue but already fixed intalling amd app sdk 2.6 (cause i'm running win xp)...SO who can help me? I'm trying to mine doge on ypool, with the proper proxy etc but this cgminer 3.7.0 and the 3.7.2 reports this error about no gpu usable..it displays avg 0 mhash...please help me!!!

edit:when i try to connect it seems that i'm connected on ypool.net with my worker watching at the control panel on the pool, but the share is 0 ...issue is getting more complicated for me!!

Try version 3.5.0 of cgminer.  I gave up on all the 3.7.? versions, they are at the end of life for scrypt support.

Just saw something in your message.  Do you have the --scrypt command there?

cgminer --scrypt -o bla, bla, bla.........

Okay, I got the same thing once.  Double check your config file to make sure you have everything correct like - instead of -- small things like that.  Or you can start with the -T switch and see what you get.  Also add 2>logfile.txt and it will create a log file of some things not seen on the screen.

Get rid of Win XP - its pain it the ass for mining novadays - You can get it to work at the end, but for lot of compromises. As far as I remember, I ran 5850 on XP with CG miner 2.11.3, catalyst 11.8 (really can´t say exactly) and AMD APP SDK 2.5 (currently unavailable, you can grab 2.6 here http://developer.amd.com/tools-and-sdks/heterogeneous-computing/amd-accelerated-parallel-processing-app-sdk/downloads/download-archive/ - XP is not listed, but it works). But as I said - upgrade to Win 7 or use BAMT, if You are not familiar with Linux

I dont get all the cries of 'copycat coin'. Sure the underlaying code is the same but so what? If a new coin comes out and markets itself better to a wider audience then that makes it better than what it copied from no? It improves upon it and makes it more accessible which in turn makes it unique in its own way. Being the first doesnt entitle something to be considered the best just because the elite few are stuck in their ways and dismiss anything else that comes after. People shout 'tell me whats unique about doge' - those people should tell us whats unique about litecoin, because being first doesnt make it unique.
We find doge unique because it has been shouted about across social networks and grown into something of a craze within a week. We find it unique because its fun and stands out from a crowded marketplace of 'me too's'.
That uniqueness may not last - but right now it does, for me at least.

Exactly this so called copycat has done what no other coin in existence has. Made crypto mainstream, ppl need to understand that adoption of cryptocurrency is exactly what all of us who want decentralized currency to succeed. Greedy jerks like Mirsad are the same as those who control currency in governments currently. Let's remember its nice to make money but this coin is a currency not just a means to convert to dollars. Forgetting that is forgetting the entire reason for crypto.
