10 COMMANDMENTS FROM THE BOOK OF SHIBIBLI
1. Dogecoin is worth what everyone agrees it to be worth.
2. Dogecoin isn't a joke, it is a fun coin made to appeal to a greater audience, to spread the excitement and fun of cryptocurrency. It has gotten a ton of people into cryptocurrency who had never previously been into it. In that way, it is greatly beneficial to the general altcoin community.
3. There will be many dogecoins in existence, but remember: Everyone wants to own a bitcoin - 21,000,000 people max can do that. Everyone wants to be a dogecoin millionaire - Only 100,000 people max can do that.
4. A coin is only as valuable as its community.
5. Don't be elitist. Help make the community inclusive and welcoming.
6. The best way to increase value of dogecoin is to contribute to the usefulness of using it - providing services, and accepting it for items, helping develop coin features, creating fun art, etc.
7. Be generous with your coins and with your support of newbies.
8. Don't shill or advertise obnoxiously. Be earnest and represent yourself and the coin well.
9. Don't make the goal to pump and dump. Support the value it is worth.
10. Most importantly of all, remember, cryptocurrency is fun, and DogeCoin is a celebration of that  Spread the word!

Do not sell it for any less than $10,000 no matter how long you will have to hold. It will certainly sell at that price once DOGE appears in newspapers around the world in next few months. Yes, delicious sniffy $10k bone, offers taking. Or, shibe exhibition for gold medal bone on Flippa, weeeeh, wow, wow! |

CoinedUp has put code in to protect people from the missing zeroes.
Current bid ~0.00000037 -- If you accidentally put in 0.0000037 (one less decimal place), you get a notice: "Bid too high for current asking price."

Once price gets back to 70 satoshi I'm probably gonna sell about 50k. I'll hold the other 50k, but it's Christmas time.

I would hold, maybe one day 100k will be worth 1btc, you never know(keep an eye out for Max Keiser) |

I would hold, maybe one day 100k will be worth 1btc, you never know(keep an eye out for Max Keiser) Find the article about China in this thread. They are buying up to $0.01 USD/1 DOGE price over the next few weeks. After that they could drive the price to $0.10 or better. This is the first alt coin to challenge Bitcoin and I think it's going to be a fun ride over the next 6 months to a year. Who knows, if China gets real crazy, I'm retiring |

I still am unable to get the wallet to sync. I've checked the addnodes on page one. Is there more I'm missing?
the conf settings in the OP are old use the conf file that comes with v1.1 rpcuser=doge
rpcpassword=wow
addnode=67.205.20.10

daemon=1 Am i the only one who think that this "config" file that comes with the wallet is extremely suspicious? If you use it it will run the client as server with that username and password and it will connect it to these addresses. Now let's add the fact that if the client run as a server you can access it from remote by using that username and password... Ummmm, change the username and password. You can remove the server=1 and it will still connect without a problem. I have many wallets for alt coins without the server=1. That entry is basically for solo mining. In the beginning that's how we got DOGE but now it doesn't matter. Even with it, no one from outside can access your wallet. Yes you can change the password, i know, but most people won't, they will just copy-paste the file. As for "no one from outside can access your wallet", are you sure? As far as i know you can access to that client via JSON RPC commands and, for example, spend the coins there. |

My wallet is not syncing, it says:
WARNING: Displayed transactions may not be correct! You may need to upgrade, or other nodes may need to upgrade.
Im using 1.1 and im using the conf file, its still Out of sync.
Same here Did you fix it? Im still getting the same thing. What is up with this shit??  |
