I have been enjoying mining MemoryCoin I just wish I could do it a bit faster.  I only hash at about .822 h/m on my quad core AMD5557M.
I'm using mc2miner v.1e
Anyone have any tips for maybe getting a bit more out of it?
It's been a fun coin to mine though.

I take it this coin is being taken over by gpu mining aswell?

Not really, the best CPU miner is competitive with GPU mining. But none of them are very profitable since the price has dropped so much. If you want to mine (whether GPU or CPU) you better be doing it as a hobby or as some kind of botnet where you aren't paying for either the equipment or the electricity. I'd include in the general concept of "botnet" say running a miner on a bunch of computers where you work.

I have a couple setups I use on scrypt coins and my BTC rigs.
I have been using my laptop to mine MMC when I am on it.  It's fun to watch it chug along and doesn't strain the system.

I hope I can achieve it.

Hi guys, I have just downloaded the Memorycoin wallet and I was hoping I could mine with Memorycoins with my CPU alongside with CGminer for GPU.

Everytime I start the pool mining feature from the MMC wallet it slows down my GPU mining. I understand both need memory - this is a 12 gig RAM i7 computer.

I would like to prioritize GPU but still run CPU on the side. Can I do this from the pool miner included in the wallet?

thanks!

You can set the miner process a "low" priority in task manager if you are running Windows.

Hi, my wallet seems to be stuck on the synch, with 3 weeks showing for the past half an hour...how do I solve this?

I deleted everything in the apps/roaming folder and then restarted MMC wallet. But same issue.

You may have to go in and change the permissions manually to make it run on Server.
Usually it can be done that way.
Also make sure you are not going to hose your active directory or domain controller by taking all the processing power away from it or you may end up with a messed up or at the very least laggy as heck server.
