Can you provide video proof of the hardware running?  Looks polished, but tin cans can be polished too.

Also, are you sure about that price?  180GH machines from Bitmain have been selling for 4.25 and they are severely overpriced for this latest diff jump.  These likely won't pull in 3BTC in their reasonable lifetime, especially with that power draw.

I think until the next generation of miners comes out
It doesn't make sense to buy these type of units that use the leftover gen 1 chips
200gh/s for 5.3 btc is basically financially supporting this company

Sorry if this sounds harsh, but its the truth
This unit if I receive  it before the end of the year
Will generate $1500 in January
And maybe $1000 in February
After that the terra hash machines are on the market.
And your earnings drop like a sack of potatoes
And the resale of these will be a lot less, because by then the jupiters will be sold by the owners who just got their neptunes
So when I can get 500-650gh/s, chances are, I won't be interested in investing in 200gh/s machines

I wonder how much the cost would have gone up if they included more chips?
I mean the manufacturing costs in the case, power supplies etc would be similar
What if this was a 600 or more gh/s machine?
