They are honest! I purchased one unit also. The only problem is that they should post their next steps... when they assemble 5 units, who will get and when... I suppose it will go who paid first If I kill your mother, she can't be back These guys can refund

I personally never called this a scam. I was upset because I was not getting clear answers. The amount I paid is a lot of money to me and just want clear answers. The statement she posted shows that the company does care about the clients and Is in no way trying to scam. I like many other here hate the feeling of thinking you will be receiving something Monday and it don't show up until Thursday. At least tell me why there is a delay and when the real date will be. Remember we are actually loosing money when we don't get the machines the time we are told. Good Job in explaining BTmine next question. When will my unit be shipped? and if it shipped out on the 11th please update to shipped.

She never said it was a 1.5 week delay. In my post I suggested that they be honest with the delays if it will take longer then 1.5 weeks then post it. They seem to be a very honest company. You will not find others that will keep you posted.

I'll give them a break if they refund my order. Being honest and admitting their mistakes is a huge plus, but it doesn't help my wallet any. The delays are now past my acceptable return levels (days matter), and at this point they would be ahead in fiat anyway by refunding some of the early orders in BTC. I bought at the 2.2BTC price, and I've asked that same amount of BTC to be refunded. I'll update if it is received.

Got my 3 1/06 orders in today. The design has changed somewhat. I have 2 of the 3 up and hashing currently but built quality was nothing like the first group. Components themselves are ok but now everything is tied together and the cases are VERY VERY poorly made. My last unit which I am about to take apart to do the PSU swap had 6 screws sitting on the bottom of the box. The previous version that I have (the tall tower) the heat syncs are on both sides of the Avalon chips but now since they are right next to each other the only side that has a heat sync is a the back. Which I don't think is a huge deal most of the Avalon designs I have seen that are 1 PSU units run the same. The power boards themselves are different, well I'm sure the same but they were cut and stacked on the first version. There is no pretty way to wire this one sadly Either way they are doing what I bought them to do. Though these seem to be a tiny bit quieter. But Watercooling should be here this week so at least a little more noise down.

If the delay is for all the orders, I will be asking for a refund for my 4 units ordered.

Pictures from Hechay show the new smaller design. http://imgur.com/a/vkEPuThe new design are more compact and 2 fans less (less noisy?). Only heatsinks on one side, old version had heatsinks on both sides of each module.

Thank you for the updated pictures, they look good. As long as the cooling is sufficient, I actually like the smaller size case. They will fit in my shelving unit easier.
