Yeah this is pretty insane. I got in at market open with 4 bitcoins. I stupidly went to work instead of calling in sick so I didn't start mining them for 24 hours.

Still I have a huge capital gain

Bitcoin blk0001.dat file currently is approximately 0.5GB, index file is 200M, that's about 900 days worth of data. What is the growth rate of solidcoin's DB size?

If you made a chart of me with all the phases I went through BTC/NMC/IXC/I0X/SLC and pics of me demonstrating my emotions etc it would be just as hilarious with SLC being the only thing that i've really had a win on.

IXC is probably still a dead horse though. SLC has far to much respect and momentum. Hard to say though as anything could happen. It might get popular with non english speaking groups for instance.

Sounds about right.  Wait a week or so for a new, trivially-"improved" fork to be released, or for the speculators to just lose interest outright; SolidCoin will be back down to Ixcoin levels.  Namecoin will probably stay up for a while longer, until merged mining is implemented, at which point the surge in supply will crash the price.
