Why did you change the schedule?? In this tourney official thread it was moved to Sunday (after its first edition held on Saturday) after talking about it and general consensus was for Sundays: now you moved tourney back to Saturday but can't find any discussion about it May I know why you took this (bad in my opinion) decision? Hey hopenotlate, here's a possible reason I posted in the other thread: They are probably basing it on the turnout so far. The first Saturday there were 34 runners. The following week when it was held on Sunday there were only something like 21 players. And the one this last Sunday had around the same or less, I don't recall exactly. So even though many say they will show up on a certain day, it isn't necessarily the case.
A part of it could also be due to a lot of people playing in as many OSS V tournaments and satellites as they can right now. This Sunday will be a big day for that (and Saturday too prolly).
I can understand why they would change it. I was even one of the ones who suggested alternating days so as to allow those who could only play it on one of those days to participate every now and then. At the time I didn't know it was going to be a points series. I had also suggested alternating days to check the turnouts to see which day had the most participants and use that to determine which day would be better for most going forward. Anyways, as for me, I have rugby every Saturday afternoon so other than holiday time, I won't be able to do Saturdays. But again, the numbers speak for themselves (and like I said, I can't recall the number who played last Sunday off the top of my head}.

So far the Saturday date had the most registered entrants by far. Of course, when it's on Saturday, some people say please have it on Sunday and when it's on Sunday other people are upset and want it on Saturday, therefore everyone can't be pleased. We just want to provide the best opportunity for the most people to play in the tournament. We appreciate the comments and responses.

Why do you keep telling me (and others) that I am welcome back and that you want to give me bonuses and answer my questions...then you just ignore me and leave account banned/ip blocked. We would like to provide a bonus for you to come back in and enjoy the great community, but I guess we need to answer some questions you have?
You are welcome back TwitchySeal, but why would you want to come back if you continue to post that Betcoin is dishonest? Why would you want to play on a dishonest website? Also, your spam on Betcoin, in the forums, in player chat was excessive and distracting taking away from our focus of continuing to build a better community for our great players. We never want to block anybody, but we know you really don't think Betcoin is dishonesty and actually enjoy the Betcoin community and playing at Betcoin, your desire to comeback and your passionate posts show that. Has everything been perfect at Betcoin? Absolutely not, but we are very honest, we provide great value to our players and we will only get better. Our staff continues to work very hard to improve Betcoin everyday and we are here for our great players anytime. I asked a pretty simple question. Why do you keep telling me (and others) that I am welcome back and that you want to give me bonuses and answer my questions...then you just ignore me and leave account banned/ip blocked. You forgot to answer. Edit: Ok I guess you're not ignoring me as of last response, Why do you keep telling me (and others) that I am welcome back and that you want to give me bonuses and answer my questions...then you just ignore me and leave account banned/ip blocked.

A scam? One thing we always see is the word scam being used very freely here at Bitcointalk. We can't control if some bitcointalk members think other bitcointalk members are trolling or not. You are addressing a player on our website and Betcoin at the same time with these comments and the player certainly doesn't speak for Betcoin.
Dooglus, we have close to 1,000 players daily on Betcoin, over 100 tickets and 50-100 live chat customer support tickets daily. Our parent company and owners overlap with BetCris and the WPN and have been in business over 16 years. Customer service can always be improved and will continue to be improved, but we are surprised by your use of the word scam.
With that said, we are reviewing your particular ticket in detail still and as stated would have the resolution in full by Monday at the latest. On another note, the traffic and player volume has increased to its highest point over the last 2 weeks, which we are very happy to report.
" Our parent company and owners overlap with BetCris...". Could you please elaborate on this. What is your parent company's name? How do the owners overlap with BetCris? BetCris is an established and honorable brand. But " Our parent company and owners overlap with BetCris..." is a vague statement that could be anything. Or nothing, as I could state I overlap with PinnacleSports. What do you mean by "overlap"? If I was in conversation with one of the principals of BetCris, would that person vouch for your company? Or does this "overlap" only mean you rent offices and internet lines from them, or something similar? Bump. " " Our parent company and owners overlap with BetCris...". Throwing around an established honorable company's name as if they have a meaningful connection/business relationship with Betcoin is fine - if it's true. If it's not true, it's at best deceptive, and indicates that statements made by Betcoin are purposely misleading and not to be trusted.. So I'd appreciate it if you would clarify and answer my questions above. Bump ["Our parent company and owners overlap with BetCris and the WPN and have been in business over 16 years." Your parent company has been in business for over 16 years, and you mention "your parent company" to help prove your legitimacy, yet you cannot name them? And seem to be ignoring the question and avoiding any response. (Can you understand how this appears sketchy?)]

By the way, there was a segment about Betcoin on the weekly pokerfraudalert podcast last night! I will get a link to the exact time up soon, it's a long podcast but I think they did a good job describing how Betcoin handled the "no" colluders freeroll.

I'm not sure why a question about table starter being down (again) gets a reply within 5 minutes, yet these two valued players have been waiting for days for a response. These are valid questions, and both are stemming from something that you (betcoin support) said! At the very least, acknowledge these questions! Say "I don't know" or "someone said that in error" or "I'll never teeeeeeeeeeell". Something! At least pretend to be interested in running a legitimate business. " " Our parent company and owners overlap with BetCris...".
Could you please elaborate on this. What is your parent company's name?

Or does this "overlap" only mean you rent offices and internet lines from them, or something similar?
and For the record: This is at least the 8th time Betcoin has opened some line of communication with me and...
- Made sure to let me know how much I've been helping them get new player signups. -Told me I should be getting paid for all the effort. -Asked me what my questions were, as if I'd never asked them before. -Told me I was always welcome back, and that they didn't want to ban me -Ignore my response and leave account/ip banned. -Repeat

Excellent question. Primarily players play the fiat tourneys and SnG's through the WPN but many mbtc SnG's do run daily. It just may take a little time.

Thanks for answering, would also like to read about it from betcoin.ag Excellent feedback and will add it to the official link.

Please keep me updated on the table starter rakeback as I played yesterday and have become accustomed to it.
Also, I just had to comment on these twitchyseal postings because they are quite fascinating. On the one hand he claims Betcoin is a fraud but on the other he is dying to get back onto the site and play! If it's really a fraud why does he want to play on Betcoin so bad? Lol, I have never seen anything like this before. Perhaps by banning him you are doing a good deed in keeping away from his perceived fraud!
Get the table starter going again! Thanks.

I don't intend to ever play on Betcoin again. Why would you think otherwise? I haven't even asked to be unbanned... I just want to know why they are telling me and others that I'm welcome back when clearly...I'm not. Does that make sense to you?

I know you want back in because nobody in their right mind would waste this much time spamming unless they wanted to get back involved. Perhaps you have friends you want to talk to there or miss playing the tournaments or whatever else you did there. I can personally say that in chat I have seen people talk about you in a positive light and even seen a discussion led by Betcoin staff member asking how to bring you back in. Examining these communications, they probably would welcome you back, but fear that you would spam their forum as much as you spam here. Plus, if you don't intend to play there, why does it matter if you are banned or not? Personally, I am indifferent I see some good in the things you have mentioned but a lot of bad in your approach. It definitely makes sense to me why you are banned. EDIT: By the way, I have said many times that I would stop commenting on this topic, but quite frankly I am fascinated. Perhaps I can mediate this matter.

I know you want back in because nobody in their right mind would waste this much time spamming unless they wanted to get back involved. Even if this statement were true (it's not) - what proof do you have that I'm "in my right mind"? Plus, if you don't intend to play there, why does it matter if you are banned or not? It really doesn't matter very much to me that I'm banned. I haven't asked to be unbanned and I've made it clear I never plan on playing there again. Mid-October was the last time I played there, weeks before they they decided to ban me. Do you really think they banned me because of the fact I was spamming or because they realized that I will continue to ask questions they dont want to answer- even after being ignored for weeks or months. I will not give up and forget about it. The reason I've been focusing on the single question lately... Why do you keep telling me (and others) that I am welcome back and that you want to give me bonuses and answer my questions...then you just ignore me and leave account banned/ip blocked. ...is because I've realized that asking many questions at once can be confusing, and they use the "we don't understand" strategy. With this simple question, it serves the purpose of asking a legitimate question and also provides a great example of Betcoin behaving unethically, their actions do not tell the same story as their words. At this point, giving up and forgetting about all the scummy things Betcoin has done would only result in them being more confident than ever that they can do whatever the hell they want, regardless of ethics, without consequence. Some of the most reputable people have spoken out against Betcoin after listening to what I had to say. (Todd Witelles and Dooglus) I have have plenty more planned and plan on drawing as much attention to their behavior as I can. I'm sorry you don't like my approach, but I honestly can't think of any other way. I started off extremely polite and gracious with them. Even when they started ignoring me. After weeks I gradually got more and more aggressive to get their attention and will continue to do so. If you have any suggestions on how to get them to respond, I'm willing to consider anything.
