i just won a $6 satelite into the 4k KO $50+4 big10 mtt. i was able to register for the satelitle on betcoin, and won a seat, but the tournament is not  in the betcoin lobby. I closed out betcoin and checked blackchip poker and I am indeed registered for the tournament but i cant currently play on betcoin as this mtt isnt in the lobby, bc_whopoopedthebed is my sn. I would expect to be given the $54 buyin amount if the tournament isnt added to the betcoin lobby.

thanks

This shows the tourney lobby after I won the seat

Tourney not in betcoin lobby

Shows me as registered on Black Chip Poker, with no way to play?!?

Worst time of the day is Monday early morning I guess.  But in the week, there is some action and decent tournaments.

Entry fee is 540 USD. The 330 BTC is what is guaranteed to be for first place. You can qualify as low as the freerolls to other qualifiers but there are also ones you can buy directly into to qualify all the time.

Suggestions (Improvments)

0.01B$/0.02B$ min buyin is 10x
0.02B$/0.04B$ min buyin is 20x (this is standard)
Zurich 0.05B$/0.10B$ buyin is 40x this is too high
I don't know if you want to offer more variations of gameplay or if this is a mistake, I can tell you a couple of reasons why this may not be such a good thing.

Fronts

I love seeing the colors in the lobby, but in my opinion it's a mess finding (special tournaments) (Satellites) etc

First of all it's hard to find any normal tournaments the ones in black lol:D i thought there was alot more of them. the low gtd, no rebuy tourneys
with a small playerpoll those are the ones i feel like playing when i don't really feel like playing.

The special tab has 5 different colors (Red the color which stands out the most used for freerolls) and  light yellow used for the 1,000,000GTD
Not to mention the yellow is the most used color in the lobby. I mean you literally made your biggest tournament the hardest to find.

You are probably already planning this but i thought i would mention it.

There isn't enough people that earned a high player's club level yet, once people has it i would do a weekly Silver/Gold freeroll and a monthly platinum/royal freeroll
Replace the daily/weekly promotion rewards with something free such as  StatusPoints(entries into the freerolls)

Excellent feedback and we appreciate this.

Yes, Xiaoxiao is right on point, however there is some good activity now and there is always great activity in the tourneys and sng's all day and night.  Excellent selections designed to enable you to truly earn a living playing bitcoin poker.

Any comments on the new notation mB for the ring games, tourney entries and sng's?  Does it look good?  Will it grow on you?  Too cluttered?  Thank you for your feedback.

You guys rake Stud/8 (and presumably Stud High) pots even if they don't go past third street. This is the equivalent of raking holdem hands that end preflop, and not very friendly.

Also rake at 2/4 Limit Holdem HU is still capped at 1 chip.

Thank you for pointing this out.  What tables did you see need correction?  Any other tables that need a correction on the rake that you have seen.  We always appreciate your feedback.

most of my tickets are gone, what happened?

?

The program has changed dramatically with the shared tournaments.  We will be providing more updates very soon, however tickets now are based on ring game hands played and minutes seated.

lol and? wheres my tickets i earned from before?

same here....to be honest don't like it at all.

I understand promo now are changed, but I earned those tickets when old promos where running and I stuck to their conditions and requirements: don't see any fair reason for which I had my tickets removed

You will receive some type of credit, tourney money etc for the tickets that you have earned that is commensurate with the value of the tickets.  We are working on what exactly that will be and it should be finalized by Monday.  We have a record of every single action, ticket, etc that has occurred at BetcoinPoker.com.

We have spent a lot of time, effort and energy programming in the tournament liquidity, coordinating the 1,500 BTC ($1,000,000) GTD tourney, BetcoinSports.com, affiliates etc and unfortunately we can't have everything perfect each time we roll out a new feature, but it will get there and your time effort and energy in winning the tickets along with everything else will be rewarded.

ok as long as we get the same credit for the tickets we had

what about this?

All the fixed limit tables need rake correction.  None of the rake for fixed limit games with 2-3 players is industry standard.

Solution: reduce rake to .25 or .50 cap for 2-3 handed play.  Notice this is still a lot because fixed limit games always see a flop, so virtually every hand is raked.
