Yea I don't like that I have no records of winnings/losses. Unless I'm missing something, I can't find the place that shows my tourney wins/losses as well as the payouts. I also can't find anywhere that shows me the conversion. It's kinda frustrating to be left guessing which tourneys I won. Am I supposed to bust out old school pen/paper and start tracking games myself?
I was told that I was refunded for the game that was cancelled for whatever reason right before the final table. But I have no way to check to make sure I was indeed. I would love to just take your word for it, but it's 2014...I'd much prefer records.

The program has changed dramatically with the shared tournaments.  We will be providing more updates very soon, however tickets now are based on ring game hands played and minutes seated.

I understand promo now are changed, but I earned those tickets when old promos where running and I stuck to their conditions and requirements: don't see any fair reason for which I had my tickets removed

You will receive some type of credit, tourney money etc for the tickets that you have earned that is commensurate with the value of the tickets.  We are working on what exactly that will be and it should be finalized by Monday.  We have a record of every single action, ticket, etc that has occurred at BetcoinPoker.com. 

We have spent a lot of time, effort and energy programming in the tournament liquidity, coordinating the 1,500 BTC ($1,000,000) GTD tourney, BetcoinSports.com, affiliates etc and unfortunately we can't have everything perfect each time we roll out a new feature, but it will get there and your time effort and energy in winning the tickets along with everything else will be rewarded.

Yeah Daily Thank you Freeroll are running a 5am for european that's a big pain.
Sunday is better but can you run it a time where everyone can play ?

As a tournament player myself, I always block out time on Sundays for tourneys. I always have. It was like that pre-Black Friday. It was one of the greatest days of the week for a tournament poker player.

Any idea if HEM 1 works for Betcoin as well? I never did upgrade because in the U.S there aren't many rooms worth playing at. I still have HEM1 and would love to be able to use the HUD again.

Plus, since Betcoin poker doesn't keep a ledger of games played, money lost or money won, It would be nice to know these simple basic things.

Deposits are instant  and if you don't have a credit within one minute a quick email to support would fix that.  We noticed that you have not emailed support?  Your message reads as though you did receive the deposit and then took them out and then canceled the transaction?  Why did you not email us about this sooner?  Our support works very quickly.  Thank you for playing with us and we appreciate the compliments.
