What's your Betcoin login name and table name so that we can help you?  We are still unaware of who you are, but you mentioned something about the leaderboard promotion in a previous post.  The answer to the leaderboard promotion is that due to rampant abuse by players, we had to take this entire promotion offline and we are revamping it to bring it back so that players cannot abuse it any longer.

We can solve your issue here anytime with your login name and table name or you can send us or forward us an email or ticket if you have one.

We are here anytime for you.

My Betcoin username is "OhNevermindMe".  I believe my login name is the same.  I also take offense to the allegation that I "abused" you.  I addressed this in an email...which was ignored for 3 days (and that specific claim has now been ignored for over 5 days).  I'll copy and paste what I said to support here:

I played a game in a legit way, as was outlined by your website. I didn't cheat or shoot an angle, I wasn't dishonest in any way at all. It shouldn't be on the user to guess at the intentions of a promo, it should be spelled out (in my opinion). If the promo says "who has the highest win margin for a week", why would I guess that that means "and has also played 5 days"? It seems like the intention of the bonus is to get people to play -ev casino games...which I did! Also, why would a user assume the intentions of a "biggest win margin" bonus also had a volume component to it when the bonus right next to it is "biggest wins", which is 100% volume based?

Edit: I'd just like to say, thank you for taking the time to look into this for me.  I apologize that it has to be done in such a public manner but after nearly a week of no responses (or rude responses), I didn't know what else to do.

We don't mind doing it in a public forum ever and we were not implying that you abused the system, we just stated that there was constant abuse, but now that we know your name, you helped point it out and we thank you for that.

We actually really appreciate these posts in particular because it's typically never our standard services that generate complaints, it's only our promotions and bonuses that do where we are trying to give bitcoin away for playing with us!

Please review your account when you have a moment.  With that being said, we enjoy communicating with our great players here at BitcoinTalk and are available anytime.

-_TrillMyWatch_ -

Ive been an online poker player for years. Given the past with the lack of choices for American players , I was playing on several different clients like Carbon,Bovada,True etc. I could not find anywhere near the comfort zone or success I had when FT PS UB was around. Ive never seen soooo many unrealistic beats for so long.

I happened to stumble upon Betcoin , and to be honest I don't remember how. This was probably the best find for me in cyber history. Their layouts are flawless. They tie together with WPN MTTs and SnGs , but they host their own daily selection of both to go along with it. If you are a Freeroller , you get the best of WPN and all the cool ones Betcoin host on a daily basis.

Ive never played on a client that had so many options. Not only Poker , but they offer wagering for Sports and Casino which could give the top sites on the web a run for their Business!

On top of all the great stuff I just put out there , im not done yet.

They have some of the juiciest promotions any US Accepted BTC poker site offers to date. I easily can see them ( Remember I am just a consumer on that site ) overtaking any WPN client along with Merge etc .

They also introduced something new to me for a Online Poker site. They have an actual community that runs every day! You will not find this anywhere else , I GTD it. They have a community chat where you can catch up with everyone everyday , they have blogs and forums where you can discuss topics that are important to you! (A lot like here) Not only that , but I have never been at a place where players are WILLING to help other players keep playing!

And to top it all off , Ive never seen such outstanding Customer Support! They are fixing your problems before you even have time to tell them! They even pop in the community chat every so often and interact with the players. 100 Thumbs UP Betcoin! Wont find this anywhere else.

Thanks for reading!

I'd just like to state that Betcoin did make everything right and right now I have no reason to believe that this wasn't anything but a miscommunication issue.

Hi...I tested today a WPN tourney on the web version and now could register and play. Wanted to know if all the features are fully integrated now, such as rebuy or add on or if it still needs more work. Thanks.

Thank you for having a look at this as it should have full functionality for the rebuy and everything needed.  We had not released it fully because we wanted to make sure it was perfect but it should be.  If you have any question or spot anything please let us know immediately.  Thank you and good luck!

The web version can be reached at:  http://secure.betcoinpoker.com/flash

OK I will play with it some more and post if any bug.

Thanks for the freeroll.
What does it take to be listed in pokerscout.com? I see Nitrogen listed and Betcoin has 10 times more  cash traffic. What's up with that.
Also da_killa was seated next to me early on at one table. See the player that finished 487 in 10btc FR. Thought  he was banned? Was he trying to get the forfieted btc back LOL.

Thank you for the tourney yesterday. After 5+ hours I was sitting good in the #2 spot with 22 players left then I fell apart in a couple of hands,  but still ended up in the 20th spot. I just need to work on my finish at the ends of tourneys

You are very welcome.  Thank you for playing with us.  Also, thank you for the reminder regarding pokerscout as we need to send them some information for the listing.  We had a long conversation through email with da_killa and we believe in second chances.  The other colluding accounts have remained banned.  We are watching his account as well as many others very closely.  We are here anytime for you.

I don't mind about da_killa, just thought it was funny that he had been banned and then was playing the no collusion free roll. Not too worried. Collusion is over rated.

I see instant rakeback 20% being advertised in signatures. Does this apply to all new users, or do you have to sign up through some special link? I'm asking because I signed up going straight to the website.

Also, how do you see your rakeback history?

I may be wrong but it appears to me that rake is paid thru betcoins which you can convert to chips in the player's club. There is a place in there last transactons that shows how much converted but don't know how far back that goes.
