Hey mooncoin is still alive  Of course. Next block halving is set for sometime in August. The network is operating fine so we continue to support Mooncoin and look forward to what the crypto currency developments will bring. |

I think that algorithm NIST5 consist of all these algorithms: BLAKE - Grøstl - JH - Keccak - Skein. |

All this debate about which algo is the best is stupid, after 5 years of careful examination and adjustments by experts the winner of a the last contest was Keccak. So, you can belive those experts - same people who have also previously chosen hashing algo used in Bitcoin and almost everywhere else - or noobs around here who are coming up with fancy graphs pointing to that which is of secondary or tertiary importance. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NIST_hash_function_competition |
