I had the same problem on Cryptsy I think it's their policy to limit transactions. You can ask support on Cryptsy why they do this.

Yes, but if you go to the mooncoin client and try to make a widthdrawal you can transfer more than 99.999.999 mooncoins each time

If that were the case then I would agree. Fortunately, your assumption that Mooncoin's MAX_MONEY parameter is set to 99999999 is demonstrably incorrect

That line of code is the variable binding and has the comment:

Code:
// Mooncoin: maximum of 100B coins (given some randomness), max transaction 10,000,000,000 for now

So, you're only going to feel unduly constrained if and when your token count exceeds 10 billion .

Cheers

we need a real mooncoin pool. Maybe made by owners of "lot" of coins, who want to invest in a mining pool dedicated to mooncoin, something honest wit the people, to give them a real face of who we are and what we want.

Kind Regards, Alejandro.

Check out the P2Pool-nodes: http://5.45.105.66

They work stable for some time now. And the big advantage is, that you don't have to rely on a pool operator, since P2Pool pays out directly into your wallet when a block is found. You don't even have to log in, just use your MOON-address as username und anything as password, and you're done:

Example-config to point cgminer to one of the nodes:
Code:
cgminer --scrypt -Q 0 -o stratum+tcp://pool.address:9664 -u walletaddress -p x --RestOfCgminerOptions

--> -Q 0 tells your miner not to cache large amounts of work, since for P2Pool low latency and speed is crucial. If you pass old shares late, they may already be invalid, so the queue of work should be as short as possible --> - Q 0

Example-config to point minerd to one of the nodes:
Code:
minerd -a scrypt -o stratum+tcp://pool.address:9664 -u walletaddress

If you don't know how to start mining on P2Pool and what it's all about, I'd recommend these articles:
http://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/news/p2pool-mining/2014/03/25
http://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/news/try-p2pool-mining-profitability/2014/03/25

Keep in mind that all nodes form ONE pool together, so if you switch from one to the other, none of your shares/coins are lost, since the P2Pool-network shares the same date (sharechain).
Also keep in mind, that - since it is a PPLNS-based system - it needs some time to pay out the full amount of your hashrate. So just be patient.

Edit:
Just saw, that bemining.net now has a NOMP-pool, that covers MOON, too: http://bemining.net
So you could try that, too.

Excellent point, I was planning to do exactly that.

1. Mooncoininfo “Official” list of pools

Multipools

Other pools

2. Recent arrivals as yet unadded to the mooincoininfo list

3. P2Pools
Automagically discovered by the Mooncoin-P2Pool-Scanner :

Yes, just check it out.
The Mooncoin-P2Pool-nodes are working well. I've tested them.
Choose one and set two or three as a backup so your miner switches over to the next (in case of) and your done.
