I would like to ask why my bet is listed as lost when I had european handicap + 1 and the final result is 2-1 thus making it 2-2 and effectively a push ?

Unlike Asian Handicaps, in European Handicaps there is no possibility for a push. We explain this in more details in our Rules page. Following is the relevant information : European Handicap bets are different from Asian Handicap bets in that there is no possibility for a push. For example, if you bet on Team A + 1 and Team A lost by exactly 1 goal, you lose the bet. If on the other hand you bet on Draw on the Team A + 1 market then your bet is a winner. Betting on Team A + 1 in European Handicap Team A + 1 is equivalent to an Asian Handicap bet on Team A + 0.5.
We offer both Asian Handicap and European Handicap Soccer bets. |

Your bet has been settled and paid a while ago. Congratulations on your win. We had a small problem with the website not displaying new bets for a short period but all bets were processed normally and instantly and the display problem is now fixed so you should be able to see all your bets as usual now.
